Your Dude Lance has helped me out a few times when I've been in the store and he's been great! He first helped me over at the pro desk and then helped me today in a totally different area of the store. He helped me size my blind, cut it for me and even held up my old one so I could measure it (because I didn't do it before I came to the store).

I just used the customer service desk, to order a freezer and fireplace doors. The woman who helped me was so helpful and knowledgeable! Wish I could remember her name, but this was a few weeks ago. The whole process, from ordering to delivery,was so easy and timely.

Awesome service! This place is by far and away the best home improvement store in the area! The people seemed happy to be there and were quite helpful. They had what I needed and One of the employees walked me right to what I needed. Great experience!

I was in the store on Saturday morning looking to purchase a new range and refrigerator. Tremonte was so helpful and had the patience of a Saint! He answered all of my questions, and I had many. He took the time to look up accessories for a couple of the ranges I was considering for purchase, and to me, he went the extra mile! Thank you again, Tremonte. I appreciate your help and patience!

Christmas in full swing with lots of quality items. Get them before they are gone! Always fun to bring the kids thru and see the neat displays.

Ordered a dish washer. Both guys who helped were very nice but really needed a brush. Didnt look professional at all. Other wise our experience was very good. Their Halloween area is up and very spooky and scary

I always meet friendly and helpful people in the lumber department. I often need help cutting boards and the people really take time for me. It's a service I deeply appreciate!

Great place for when I need to fix stuff around the house or when the woman needs her thousand plant😂. I love being able to buy online and pickup in the store. It's always super fast.

Ordered tool chest online. Got free assembly. Employee wheeled out to my car in lot and loaded it. Great experience.

The store is conveniently located. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I have never had a problem with returning items to the store. The #1 reason I shop at Lowes in general is their military discount to veteran's.

When you need an appliance FAST, this is the place. Thankfully Josh in the appliance dept. steered us to the only gas dryer they had... big discount too!

Lowes is one of my favorite places to shop. I'm in there so much that I know a couple of handfuls by name. There always ready to help NY husband had a stroke recently so he can't walk without a cane they wait on him very well. I just wish the discounted flowers would be on clearance for more money off last year they were 75 percent off. Now the just half off. I mean there gonna go into the trash any way. Why not pass the better discount to your customers .there just gonna get thrower away . if Lowe's do
I'd this Lowe's would still make money and the customers would be happy as well. I love everyone in lawn in garden. I also wanted to mention is that last year broken bags of dirt and mulch were just a$1 dollar a bag this year there half price. Please Lowe's can you pass a better savings on to the customers.also I know the workers at Lowe's get so busy so sometimes I take it upon my self to help older customers. Today I did. An elderly man needed help getting lattice out. I could see he needed help .no helpers around they were tajing care of other customers so I help him get them and put on his cart.

Staff weren't very knowledgeable but they did find the answer we were looking for. Also it was strange to find your restrooms are all the way in the back of the store. If u come in needing to go urgently u better put some pep in your step.

Excellent source for all your home repair and maintenance needs. We bought a washer and dryer here for a reasonable price. They have a nice selection of better quality than some hardware stores, although you will pay a little more than some places too. I would recommend this place though, all things considered.

They were out of the paint I had already bought and used to paint my room, so the clerk upgraded me and price matched down to the original cans price!!

The staff was very nice & friendly plus they knew their stuff when it comes to parts or materials. Only complaint i have is they don't stock enough of the cheap hot water heaters. The plummers & contractors buy them all up this time of year & trust me they don't pass it on to their costumers. So for that reason u would think Lowes would stock extra ones

Went to East Peoria to get a door handle for my screen door an Melissa took time to help us look for someone who could help she paged for help an Daniel came and took us to just what we needed. Thumbs up to Melissa and Daniel you guys are awesome.

I purchased a dryer from Lowe's in East Peoria on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday morning. The salesman that waited on us was very knowledgeable and even took the time to verify that the dryer was actually in stock. The delivery guys were professional and friendly, getting the job done quickly. It was a pleasant shopping experience from start to finish, and it is why I always go to Lowe's first for my appliances. Thank you to all.

Nice helpful staff and open till 10:00 p.m. both are pluses.

Thrilled we got Halloween stuff on sale for next year!
