Idk what Parker is being paid. Pay him more. Me and many people I know will drive past 10 gamestops to visit his store. If you miss out on him some other company will come and swoop him up.

First time visiting this location and I probably won’t go to another again. Worth the extra drive time for me! They had a lot of selection and we received amazing customer service as well.

The young man working during my visit was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I went in to take advantage of a promotion and upgrade my Nintendo Switch to the new incremental model with increased battery life. He knew exactly what I was talking about, processed the transaction, and then helped me get all my data transferred to the new console in a timely and efficient manner.

Picked up a reservation with/for our toddler, and the lady working was super excited for him, made the experience that much better. Thanks Gamestop!

I really love this specific store. The employees are friendly AF. I've kinda been known, amongst the only two I've tend to see there, as the "Figurine guy." I'm not complaining though, i just like coming here whenever I can. Even though this store doesn't always have the thing I'm looking for, i like walking around and check the store out.

I sold some of my old games there and had very good customer service, the employee (I wish I could remember her name) was nice and polite, as I ruined her night because I came in 10 mins till and I know exactly how that feels, and she helped me with the games and I left before close.

Great people work here . Always quick and very knowledgeable about all their products. Always a wonderful experience and I will continue to bring my service to this store. Thanks guys !

Nick , This was great on how you took your time with my boy tonight to get his gaming chair up and working . I cant thank you more than tell people how great you took care of us. Plus it is very hard for me to ever give a 5 star rating out of me . lol

Not a gamer, I barely knew what I was after, and the employee (manager?) on duty was extremely helpful. Also found out they have anime stuff my daughter would like!

The store manager(s) at this particular store were extremely understanding to my situation and were willing to work with me in order to honestly satisfy me with my shopping experience here.

I went in to buy World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor that cost $50. The game was the US version, that I was unaware would not work for my European account. I called in, explaining that I had bought the wrong version: the box didn't clarify that US retail-sold versions would not activate for European accounts.

The manager explained that they do not allow returns for PC games due to the activation codes inside, but after I said that I literally did not even break the seal, he was willing to check and give me a full refund.

I am so glad that the store manager was willing to go against policy in order to satisfy a customer. It was an honest mistake on my part and the Manager could have abused me as a customer and kept the money, but he didn't.

Great new store with great employees!

I wasn't at GameStop today, but that didn't slow down google from assuming I was I'm there when I drove past- cuz they know that I love me some video games and enjoy checking out what GameStop has for sale.
