AT&T Store

Went to store on 10-7 for update. Was greeted by a young Spanish girl who proceeded to help me She was very professional and told me what phone would be best for me. She proceeded to tell me about features and how to use them. She then switched info from one phone to another. She also made sure everything about my phone and info was exactly what I wanted. As I was there I noticed another girl taking care of a customer and she was also very professional toward her job. It was a pleasure to go there and appreciate the service I was given

I had an excellent experience at the store. Marielena was a big help. She addressed and answer all my questions. Her patience was greatly appreciated.

Eduardo was really helpful and patient, very friendly helped us setup a plan of 4 with Wi-Fi.

Mari is a life saver! She set up my son's new phone in a few minutes. Very smart and good at multitasking. Highly recommend this store.

I loved the service, Yessica answered all my questions she was wonderful on explaining. She also helped my mom which she only speaks in Spanish and it was great! She understood everything. Helped my mom with her issues on her phone. My mother and I appreciate that type of service, Yessica did an amazing job, definitely will be coming to this store!

Came into the store looking for a new phone line and Pam went above and beyond to help me with a new line and new phone. Very nice and positive attitude. While Pam was helping me, the other employe was on top of it taking care of the other customers. Jessica I believe her name is. All in all, great store, great experience, great service. Came in on Saturday to switch my service to a different phone. My tech knowledge is very limited. Alex helped me with the switch over and taught me a couple of things I didn’t know about my phone. Alex was amazing! Great attitude, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Would give 10 stars if possible.
