Armando is a Master groomer and is the absolute BEST!! He takes care of both my breeds very well that can be difficult. He truly cares and that’s why I keep returning!!

Ordered online but actually made it to the the store before it was pulled.. the cashier pulled it and completed the with no problem or hesitation.. very polite and courteous

I just spoke with Angelica and she provided wonderful customer service over the phone. I was nervous on what to expect for my and my puppy's 1st visit to the vet and I felt so much more at ease after speaking with her. I was there to find a couple of stuff for my fish and lizards and Elizabeth was the perfect assistant for my needs never have I been provided with excellent customer service very knowledgeable person! Last but not least she informed me with top notch advice for my pets I would be coming here from now and not go anywhere else because of her! Petco better keep her for a long time at that hillside location and would be recommending my family and neighbors to that location and Elizabeth as well

I have had numerous visits at this location and not once did I feel ignored or leaving upset. Management and employees are very friendly, understanding and they do listen.
The place is clean and organized I just wish they a broader range of fresh-water fish, seems to small for the size of the location.

Friendly staff, store pick up was quick.

Giving 5 stars because I went to this Petco first time and the employee Angelica was amazing. Bought my first tank but not sure what fish or supplies to buy and she had a lot of knowledge on all the fish types name tropical or fresh water, and even what products based on the fish..

Beth groomed our 4 year old dog. She gave him a bath and cut short her beard, feet, and fanny. She did an amazing job. This was our first grooming at PETCO and we will definitely be back! Thanks for everything!

Great staff! An associate advised me of the Petco Vital Care plan for my small pet (guinea pig) and I really appreciate it. I was able to sign up and SAVE MONEY. Who doesn't love saving money?!
