This Value City (Northlake) has excellent customer service, follow-up, and communication. They were empathic towards my issue and were able to go the extra mile. The staff in the back of the store are friendly and professional.
The mirror a Cypriot Wall Mirror, which you could hang on whichever side is absolutely gorgeous and elegant. Exquisite style and quality. Dimension how it looks in pic 85”W x 44”H, or vice versa.

This Value City gave me the best Christmas gift, with their attention to detail and addressing but also correcting an issue that was mine when I got the mirror. They didn’t have to correct it but they did and I am forever grateful.

I had the best experience. Teresa was my sales associate. She's great!. She helped me get the couches I wanted. I spent a couple hours just talking to her and her manager. By the time I left the store I felt like I had 2 new friends..lol Teresa and the manager were both great! I will return whenever I'm looking for new furnisher.

Go to value city in Northlake when you do make sure you ask for Clarence one of the best salesman with great customer services. A comedian with such a great personality he would have you laughing throughout the sales. You can tell he loves his job so go ask for him you will not regret it.
