The customer service at this store is phenomenal! Really great employees they helped me a ton! I recommend this place to everyone. I got my kid his first phone here and they helped me pick out the best phone for him!! I even went back a week later for myself to get a new phone!

I had a great experience at this store. The employees were extremely helpful and patient with me. Would highly recommend visiting this store the next time you need some new tech!

The staff was excellent. They spent over an hour helping me transfer 2 new phones. They were friendly and most accommodating. After all that, was not charged for their time and trouble. Thumbs up for the great service.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Stephanie getting new iPhones for my wife and me. She went over and above in guiding us through the process and helping us every step of the way. She's an amazing employee and a great reprresentative for AT&T!!

Stephanie went far and beyond to make sure I got my phone I wanted as soon as possible I came in two days later, and Doug took care of me very professionally , and was very helpful setting up my phone and answering all my questions . They both were just wonderful. I highly recommend the new Lenox store.

I had a great experience in the store. The manager, Katie, was friendly and incredibly helpful. She explained the plan that I am now on, answered billing questions and was great in setting up/activating new phones for me.

I am accustomed to being talked down to when I need help for my cell phones, but this was not the case last week. I will absolutely visit this store again and ask for Katie when I do.

Awesome work!!! Melissa helped me with all my needs. I was in and out in no time. The staff was very helpful and friendly even when backed up. They acknowledged everyone. I recommend this store and will be coming here for all of my AT&T needs.

I needed help getting my phone activated (ordered it online). I got instant help (no waiting), and the man was very friendly. He got my new phone working, and he didn't try to push anything else on me. I was out of the store within 5 minutes, and he fixed my problem quickly and politely.

I have had a problem with my android phone because of a website issue and Douglas fixed the problem !!
He was very polite, the only employee working at the time , and took care of 4 people before me and 2 people behind me and never got flustered. The guy is amazing and deserves 👏 a bonus for his dedication....

Jose, Are sales rep, did a great job. We weren't sure what phone we wanted or needed. He was very patient, and gave us pro's and con's on the choices we were considering. He made the transaction easy, and was very knowledgable. I would highly reccomend him.

Had a fantastic experience at this location today. Douglas answered all my questions and helped me so much with my new Galaxy S22. He was so patient and explained everything thoroughly.

I want to thank Melissa for all of her help with my husband and I in the process of buying our new phones. She was helpful, patient, and very informative. Being in customer service myself, it’s nice to see there are others out there so helpful and kind. Thank you again!!

Went in trying to figure out what was wrong with my new phone. The man was very nice and sat there for over an hour trying to figure out why my texts were coming in so weird. We couldn't figure out the issues but he was more then willing to help and try everything he could find to make it work. It ended up being my time & date setting wasn't on automatic but he was very helpful and even showed me some other tips and tricks with the phone.
