Definitely recommend going and buying your new phone from this store. Ask for Anthony Munoz. He was very knowledgeable from start to finish. You can tell he really enjoys what he does and helping people find what’s best for them. Guy deserves a raise to be honest. Hell he even helped lower my monthly bill. There were a few things i wasn’t aware of on my account and now I’ve saved $50 a month. Thanks again for the new upgrade. I will definitely be back.

Great experience and customer service at this Verizon location. In particular, Matt V was professional and awesome with setting up myself, my son, and my mother with new phones. Matt made the entire process smooth and seamless.

Rey was awesome in helping me switch over from AT&T to Verizon. I really appreciated that he didn’t ask me what I was paying with AT&T. He just found out what I was looking for and gave me the best deal possible. Gave me the confidence to make the switch.

What a great store and thanks to our customer service rep Anthony Munoz. He helped me find a new phone since mine got destroyed recently. He was able to transfer all my data to the new phone. This was a vastly different and pleasant experience than the one I had about the Verizon store in Wisconsin Dells. See my other review there.

I will be coming to this store solely for the fact of how well and great service you guys have! The person that I want to highlight the most, is your employee Darnell! I had a serve issue with the billing on my account, and your employee Darnell did a amazing job! Everytime I had a issue with it or thought nothing was being done , he worked with me for as long as it took and got the issue resolved! I cannot thank him enough for all his hard work, working with me , and helping me fix my issue with my account and making sure my phone has service. I will only be working with him out, and because of him ,I stayed with verizon. Please recognize this man's hard work and thank you to him and cellular sales!

Went in today with my son in law and daughter looking to upgrade our phones. Matt was outstanding! Very personable, really helped to find and suggest the best deals for us. His customer service skills made our visit an experience rather than a transaction. 10 out of 10 recommend Matt and Verizon Huntley!

Matt was just awesome! Upon greeting my son and I at the door. Matt remembered helping me a few years prior on a new phone. My son came in to get a new IPhone and after Matt looked at our packages he realized I could actually get a new Iphone as well. It actually saves me money on the monthly bill too. I would like to recognize Matt for going above and beyond. He was also very helpful and made the whole experience easy. Thanks!

I truly appreciate the dedicated employees that work at the Verizon store in Huntley . Troy helped my family and I change our service plan to better fit our needs and also purchase a new phone. He was knowledgeable, kind and very patient When we tried to transfer over my photos it took way longer than expected and he stayed 2 hours past his shift to make sure that everything transferred correctly on the new phone. That was truly going above and beyond !!!! I also wanted to thank Andy who also stayed with us because it was after store hours. I can not imagine going to anywhere and having two employees stay almost two hours past their shift to help out a customer when they are off the clock. Both Troy and Andy are exceptional employees and definitely are the reason so many people choose the Verizon store in Huntley. Thank you both !

I was greeted with a welcoming smile and knew I was at the right place. I walked out of another store a couple of days ago. I was lucky to have Rey Alanis help me purchase my new phone. He was patient and answered all my questions. Great customer service!

My family and I were helped by a gentleman named Petros and he was absolutely AMAZING! We came in as new customers and bought the newest iPhone & he made the process so smooth and quick! Everything was explained in detail & in a very understanding way! He was super friendly and kept a conversation going the whole time, which made us feel very comfortable in the store! Such a great guy & a great team! Overall a fantastic experience!

Troy was super friendly and helpful. He even opened the door for us. He was very knowledgeable on how to switch my Mom’s phone over from T-Mobile. The switch over process (from one phone to another and then one network to another) took awhile but he made the waiting time pleasant. I would highly recommend this store and especially Troy who happens to also be an Army Veteran!

We walked in after having tried going into two others stores that were closed and fate must have taken the wheel here because we had the best experience at this location. Rich was super helpful and made us feel super comfortable. Explained everything perfectly and made upgrading my phone and adding my partner in the plan with an upgrade as well PAINLESS. Will def be coming back here for their professionalism and service.

I was dreading having to replace my 6 year old phone. Troy was very patient in explaining my options regarding new phones and available plans. He, with a brief assist from Matt then set up my new phone and helped me navigate the new features. At no time did I feel pressured in to making a fast decision. He allowed me the time needed to feel comfortable throughout the process. I would recommend this location for sales and service.

My husband went in yesterday for a phone upgrade due to a cracked screen on his phone.
Troy Helland was a life saver!

He provided great service to him and because of it my son and I went in afterwards to upgrade as well!

The sales associate Mark was very nice I was running late I was coming a little bit of a distance they were the only Verizon dealer that was open at the time the others were closed they stay late for me was very respectful helpful and kind. Professional from start to finish even in their attire.

Gilberto and the staff are excellent to work with and had an great attitude the whole time. He is also very good and professional at helping the customer and going out of his way the extra mile even after you make the purchase from them. The employees at this store really value the customers. I highly recommend Gilberto or this store to anyone.

Joe and Matt were amazing help. We went into upgrade a phone for my mom plus look at upgrading my husband and my phones as well. Joe looked for the best deal for us and we all walked out with new phones and a great deal. Plus they were so helpful with all the questions we had.

Sales person (Justin) was very professional and extremely friendly. They detailed out what my current plan and what my options were for new plans and devices. They helped show the new monthly plan and explained all promotions that were available. They helped create a plan that best took advantage of the promotions and saved me the most money. It was a great experience.
