Big Lots

I love Big Lots.I have always been a fan of it.
I did notice the prices of things seem a lot higher then they used to so going there to save a buck isn't my reason for going.All around I like this one except the staff could be a little more friendly.There are a few that are nice but a few that don't even really greet you coming in or when you come to the counter.I have always thought customer service is a very important part of any job.
I still give it a 5 because there are a few that are great.

It's Big lots never know what you're going to find but if you're looking for an economical item for the home good chance you'll find it here

Very good, was able to get a lot of items at a low price. Big Lots is underrated and you can truly find many great items here!

I had been looking on Amazon and Marketplace for months for outdoor furniture cushions. I’m just a lil upset at myself for not remembering Big Lots sooner! Went in and found the cushions I needed for 40% off!! I will definitely look here first next time! The quality is good and the selection was as well!! Good job Harrison Big Lots, the store is clean, fully stocked and not as cluttered as others I’ve been in.

Big store, great customer service. Lots of things to choose from. The store is much bigger than the last one. I go here often.

We always enjoy browsing Big Lots. They've improved so much over the past few years. Their stores are clean, friendly and they have quality merchandise. They even have a full line of P&G products!

Big store, a lot of stuff. There is always something going on all the time! Love the furniture and most of the people there! Good place to get furniture. Always good to shop there for the holidays and decorations! Tiffany Is an awesome person! Very Helpful, and respectful! She works very hard and is very patient! Love going here!

This store has the cutest things!! Great selection of solar garden decorations and lights. Their buyer does an awesome job stocking this store with really cool things. Definitely shopping there again!!

I really love the new Big Lots. I think it's bigger and has a lot of great deals, great prices, and products. Plus it's a little closer to my house. In my opinion this is one of my favorite Big Lots. Also they have a great staff working in the store. I would recommend shopping at this location.

Found what I needed. Cashier said a sale was on . Left feeling happy that I saved money, had a nice cashier. Store was clean.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. Store is kept clean and not all cluttered up with re stock carts.

Always a clean store and friendly service. Sometimes have some great prices on unique items, at closeout pricing. Especially good for pet items. Plenty of available parking, and easy to find. Friendly staff to help load larger items, if needed.

Ms Julie was the Best sales experience this year. Thank you Big Lots for having Julie at the Harrison store.

We came in and bought about $2000 in beds and couches we had a younger man named Brandon help us . I've been in costumer service for eight years and he went above and beyond! Not only did he help us with pricing he helped us find a matching chair, bed frame , and coffee tables. Not only that he helped us load it !. We will be back thanks to him.

Staff here is always friendly and super helpful. Store is organized and they have a great selection for everyday items and random gourmet options. Gotta love this store.

when it comes to furniture...
I NEVER dreamed I’d find
good quality furniture at
Big Lots?!?!

I went in there to get some
of their cheap little toys for my grandkids.

I like to always have a big bag
of cheap little things to give them
when they visit…

It’s my trick I use
so I am the favorite grandma

I just happened to be in the market
for a family room couch…
I got a L shaped sectional
for under $500 at Big Lots!!!

and I have had it
for almost 2 years now!!!

It is STILL comfortable and
even after the grandkids jumping
up-and-down on it like they are maniacs…
It is still comfortable and in good shape!

Maybe I just got lucky but I definitely
suggest giving them a try.

I would have paid triple that amount
had I bought the same thing elsewhere

Awesome customer service, I purchased a couch on special for black Friday this past year and had some issues with the frame. Called this store where I purchased the couch and spoke with Patty, the store manager. She called me back promptly and I was able to get the couch warrantied that evening. I feel like they went above and beyond for me. Thank you!
