The UPS Store

I followed Amazon’s instructions of packing the items to return. They quickly labeled the packages. Two times I’ve been here and the staff that was there was friendly and fast. He also helped multiple customers at the same time. He wasn’t rude. So far the experience and customer service has been excellent there for me.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the UPS Store in my area, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Despite the evident busyness of the store, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met promptly and professionally.

The employees at this UPS Store are incredibly knowledgeable, and it’s evident that they take their job seriously. They worked with remarkable efficiency, getting my packages handled and processed in no time. This level of speed and competence is a testament to their dedication to providing top-notch service.

The service I've received from this UPS Store is wonderful! I live across the country and had to send an urgent package to my son. I called and they were so helpful and accommodating. It's nice to see that there are still places willing to help the customers! Thank you Francis for making a stressful situation a little easier.

Place is decent. Definitely not a bad experience. Staff was friendly, quiet, and straight to the point. No complaints here for Amazon drop off with no label

This UPS Store is always always busy since a lot of Chinese merchants do their shipping here and locals do their Amazon returns here.

Be sure to have your shipping label code ready when you are there and just package everything accordingly before getting there. I went around 6:42pm and was in and out, there was one person in front but it was also fast. I also always make sure everything is ready before I leave my house.

I like that this store opens late. The people here aren’t going to ask you about your day or make small talk. And yes they are a bit short but it’s because they are super busy. I don’t recommend coming here if your package isn’t packaged, my sister came here once and didn’t have her Amazon return codes in order and the young clerk messed up her returns. But if you can organize everything at home then you’ll be in and out of here for sure. I recommend going near 6:30pm, when the UPS truck has picked up most of the package that day and is waiting for the last rounds before closing. The shop is less overwhelmed at that time and more readily available to assist you.

They do have a new Latina employee there and she is great, fast and attentive!

This 5-Star review is only for the Hispanic lady Cynthia. She’s the only one there who deserves it. I’d give her 10 Stars if I could. She’s only been here for a year or two, but she is absolutely a Game Changer. She’s very friendly and dedicated to her work. And she’s FAST. She tries her best to reduce your wait time. As long as she’s here, you will be taken care of. I wish the other employees/owner there would be inspired by her work. But so far, I haven’t seen any noticeable improvements. Lastly, did I mention that she’s kinda hot, too? ;)

Update: she was let go in mid-2023 and is no longer there. What a bummer to say the least. The customer service here is pretty hopeless now without her. Does anyone know where she is now? I’d do business with any place she works for.

Cynthia, if you are reading this. I wish you all the best. As much as I wish you were still here, you deserve a better employer. Thank you for everything you did for me and other customers.

I was here Monday November 12th at 10:25 in the morning and a customer was being extremely rude to the gentleman running the store I guess he wanted some free boxes or tape or something and the guy running the store said he couldn't just give him free supplies and then the old guy was like I'm 73 I do a lot of business I don't want your attitude and all this stuff, so I just thought I'd leave this review in case there's another really bad review in a few minutes because it's not really fair to the UPS store manager when some customer comes in Acts all angry about something ridiculous. The guys always been super helpful when I go here for stuff so I can't really say why anyone would give him less than 4 or five stars

I come here very often to leave Amazon packages. I've always had good quick service and no problems. Most of the time I just leave my prepared package on the counter where they tell me to and leave. Just bring your packages ready with the label and closed otherwise you'll have to pay for their tape and extra services.

It is the closest UPS to my house. I went there handful times. I didn't get any outrageous bad service. YMMV.

Excellent service! I strongly recommend this ups, because the usps next to it refused to borrow my tape, and he asked me stick the box home and come back again. Fortunately, this ups lent me tape. On the same street as the mail office, service attitudes are too different.

reported to UPS Adminstration for not providing the new service program that was created couple months ago. Shipped someone else's item with my label and is now their problem. Very rude and hoping administrators test their capabilities and in being professional. Update: theyre lot better now! A+

Just charge 25 cents for a receipt, it's not a big deal for 25 cents. Business owner needs to pay the overhead cost.
For the counter services, time for waiting inline ? I think better than a post office.

Had great service at this location. Francis was extremely helpful. He deserves more than five stars. Customer service was excellent. I will definitely visit this store again.

Excellent service and friendly staffs. I don’t know what’s all the bad reviews and complaints from those people who expect free tape and boxes. The post office doesn’t even give out anything free. The staffs are hard working people.

It’s a busy location for small shop. They have tried their best to serve all the customers. Please be patient and be expected for long wait time. The owner is very nice.

Mayce was so helpful in shipping our garments back to Kentucky. We came here two days in a row with very large quantities and she had a smile on her face the entire time!

Fast service, friendly, and they even let me use their dolly. I don't know what all the bad reviews are about. Every time I've been here, they've given me excellent service.
