Exceptional Service! I cannot speak highly enough of Dobbs Tire and Auto Center, specifically the team at the Fairview Heights location. I had been experiencing persistent battery issues with my truck, another shop suspected a faulty alternator solenoid. After receiving few quotes for alternator replacement from shops, I decided to go with Dobbs for the replacement.

From the moment I walked in, the service advisor displayed a remarkable level of expertise and professionalism. Despite the initial diagnosis pointing towards the alternator, they suggested further diagnostics to ensure accuracy due to the intermittent nature of the problem. Their commitment to thoroughness and integrity was evident throughout the process.

To my surprise, when they conducted their diagnostics, the truck was running perfectly fine. However, Dobbs didn't simply dismiss the issue. A few days later, when the problem resurfaced, I returned to Dobbs. Once again, they meticulously ran diagnostics and performed a parasitic drain test, only to discover that the culprit was a simple fix—a single light bulb.

I am incredibly grateful to the Dobbs team for their dedication to identifying the root cause of the problem and for their honesty in recommending only the necessary maintenance. Their diligence saved me hundreds of dollars that I would have otherwise spent on unnecessary alternator replacement.

Friendly service at this location. I called to see if they could fix a leak in my tire and they said to come in. By the time I got there they had the paperwork ready to go from recognizing the number I called from. Took a bit to get in the shop since they had a couple other people ahead of me, but they got it done in a timely manner. Highly recommend

9am appointment got me in promptly to fix leak in tire. 30 minutes later back on the road! Jimmy and Steve we're awesome! Both extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable ! I Highly Recommend !

I am 75 years old and handicapped with bad knees. My tires were real low and I problems getting out at a gas station and airing my tires.
I pulled into Dobbs tires in Fairview Heights, IL to see if they could help. A young man Named Luparus came out to help. Not only did he took care of my tires he offered more help. I bought 3 tires, they installed them in less than 40 minutes.That worked out very good because I was rushing to pick my kids up from the daycare.
