Went to clinic for Gemma's yearly shots. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Great store. Every time I walk in, someone says hello and welcomes me. They always have what I need. If it's something heavy they ask if I need assistance to my car.

Great sources for information about products. Dom was fantastic and the rest of the crew were great. Have been coming for years even when I moved I try to come back. Glad with new ownership things seem to only have gotten better.

The Pet Supplies Plus on Ford Road is always clean and friendly. The staff there are always willing to answer questions. A very nice pet store.

I love shopping here. They are attentive, but not over my shoulder. They are knowledgeable without being know it all’s. The store is clean and bright and they have just enough product to not overwhelm.

I had to write a glowing positive review. I just went to pick up some dog food and an employee picked up the bag and walked it to my car for me. That was remarkably kind and unexpected. Thanks staff! So friendly and helpful today :)

Walked in hoping I could get some help. Young man there was just on another level of education! Knew all the dog food ingredients in every bag and knew just what to recommend for my dogs allergies! The little hot patches my dog was getting from an allergic reaction are gone now! This guy knew what he was talking about! Wish I knew his name! I won't be shopping anywhere else! Good work to everyone on the team over there! Bunch of friendly knowledge people! This is my spot!

Always helpful and pet friendly. They take the time to greet each customer and their human, answer questions, and give useful advice. They also carried the dog's food to the car. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable about their products. They have a wide variety of products and I was surprised to see Pet Honesty is store. Now I know I don't have to wait to be delivered. I was very pleased with the suggestions they gave of food and supplements for my baby, he loves them.

I switched to PSP for my cat a while ago. I love their store brand dry cat food, Redford Naturals, their sales, and loyalty program. Also, curb pickup is convenient

Love this store and excited for the remodel! Called yesterday and spoke to Tracy-she was so friendly and helpful! She had my order ready to go when I came in. Great customer service-she seemed to genuinely love what she does!!

Wonderful place, fantastic selection, friendly and deeply helpful staff. They even have a board near the front registers with co tact info for all of the emergency vets in the area. Will be back for sure.

I love this store! Quaint, efficient and always has what I need. And better yet, when I can't make it up there myself, I pay a few extra bucks and they will deliver it. Highly recommend!

One of the best places to shop for your pet... Whether it's online or in the store the staff is always accommodating, pleasant, helpful and assist in any questions you may have. Items are always well stocked, even with COVID issues with receiving stock. I have never had a problem here and will continue to shop here always. Thank you for being such great employees and always making us feel so welcome.

This has been our go to pet store for many years. Always a friendly face and small town feel which isn’t the norm in Canton anymore. Great place to go for your pet supply needs!

Always fun to visit this clean and organized store. We especially love the visit with Frankie at Halloween each year. This store has our favorite snacks that we can’t find anywhere else. Staff is always friendly and patient.

I like the accommodation to different types of pets. I also like the fact that there are two roaming cats in the store. Unfortunately, they aren't quite friendly to dogs, not that it matters much to me or my brother's dog though. Friendly staff, decent amount of parking, and good variety at this location.

Knowledgeable staff and they worked together to make a great team. They helped me find what I needed and knew exactly where anything I could need was located. I will be returning.
