The Home Depot

Everyone knows Home Depot has all your homeowners needs and definitely the same with contractors. I truly feel they know how to make a mega hardware done right. Yes it's not your old mom and pops place but they also have a full stock of lumber and building materials. I stopped in to get salt before a winter blast coming through. They had pallets on the read and shovels. I've never came into the store and leave empty handed. Pricing is on par with others similarly situated in the business. Some have brought the hotdog man back into the store. Nothing like the quick contractors lunch. So if your updating, renovating, or repairing your home. Stop in and grab whatcha need, I'm sure they have it or can get it. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. Checkout was painless. This is where you wanna do business!

Though all of our visits and employee interactions have been pleasant, Matt (the assistant manager) gave us, I'd say, the best and most exceptional experience we have ever had at Home Depot in our decades of shopping there. He proactively approached us to help and was super patient about the dozens of questions we had regarding multiple projects. We are not too handy so we especially appreciated his commitment to answering all questions and the ability to simplify things for us. Matt ended up finding a perfect, cost-effective solution for something that we had not originally come in for because we thought it was such a big feat. He made it simple, quick, and fun even, by being so personable. He truly listened and went over and beyond to be solution focused to ensure our needs were met up until the merchandise was loaded by staff into our car. Thank you, Matt, for being such a pleasure to work with and an exemplary asset to the Home Depot experience!

On our next visit a couple of months later, Matt remembered us! He asked about the project we worked on and helped with yet another one. I was so impressed that he remembered us and the project with detail. That level of recollection comes with true passion and care. Thank you!

Yesterday was Veterans Day having found myself walking the isles once again having returned back home after 30 years being away serving our beloved country, while in department #25 if I recall correctly having also been employed as a orange team member in the Hardware department i heard a voice ask "was there anything I could help you with sir" upon turning around i was greeted by i believe Brooks who if i remember correcrectly had helped me previously weeks ago during self checkout, what a welcoming and example of what it means to be apart of the values of home depot
Thank you Ms. Brooks for not only making me feel like a valued customer but having previously worn the orange bib for a few years myself reminding me of how great an experience it was being apart of the orange family and Home Depot

I stopped to get patio stones. I love that I can bring my dog with me. I've been bringing my dog since he was 8 weeks old. Always a good experience, the staff really like dog visits.

Always have what I need. The staff is very knowledgeable and over the years I've gained so much listening to them. There are times they have saved me money, too. Not many places would be willing to do that. They honor veterans as well with a nice discount! Definitely head here first over a closer store, and that says a lot.

The five stars are specifically for Dave and his amazing help this morning. Thanks for helping me find my bolt I needed and letting me asking you bunches of questions about nuts and washers. A little kindness goes a long way and you make me feel heard while I was talking to you this morning!

This was a pleasant experience. I was returning items and they gave me no issue! I didn't have my receipt and purchased it at another location. The employee was great. I was in and out with everything needed in no time 😀

Love Home Depot. Who doesn't? Well, maybe some but, I'm not in that group. Everytime I go there I'm always helped if I need it and ppl are friendly and nice. Yeah, so love the Depot

I always love to shop at home Depot every time I go there and I'm getting way more than what I wanted but I see something I like and I buy. Today I had a wonderful experience working with Virgil and Emily the day before I had bought something that I needed and found out there was something wrong with it and they made sure that it was right with the customer I was a very satisfied customer with the results thank you home Depot keep up the good work.

I needed to rent a snake for my drain so I called Home Depot and the very nice young Man name Michael went over and beyond to make sure that I got what I needed and explained to me how to use it , what size I would need , all in detail . He also had the up most Respect and very patient , most people just say yes we rent the item you're looking for and then hang up , this young Man was different . We need more people like him . After I got to the store I learned that , that wasn't even his department . He's a keeper and he might need to train others on how to treat and talk to people who call in to ask questions about items that Home Depot carry and rent . Thanks , can you find him and buy him lunch or give him a raise . Stay Bless and stay Safe

Found everything I was looking for and some surprises that were on sale....the tulip bulbs haven't arrived yet...bumber

I went to the Garden center to get hanging baskets and they such a great variety and they were so helpful. It was quick and easy and I got such lovely flowers . Definitely going back again !!!!!!!

Charlie was very helpful. I've never dealt with plumbing before and he helped me find the right hose connector valve and PVC cutter for my busted line. Had it fixed same day!

At self checkout there were three lovely ladies all standing in a row to assist me with my merchandise. While I chatted with the three about hair cuttings and the importance of it, a fourth lady was ringing up my merchandise. I was done and out the door before I knew it.

The manager Kelly was AMAZING!! She helped us out big time and is the type of person that cares about people not just the job. I never write reviews but she impressed us so much she deserves a raise!

Being a busy person with no time to waste, I love how Knowledgeable every staff member is. No matter who I asked not only did they help me, but they took me exactly to the product I was looking for. The customer service here is impeccable. Whomever the GM is of this store be proud of your staff from lawn in and garden to your painting department to your customer service,lumber, flooring, and check out. You have a very special gourmet working here and everytime I come (very often) everyone is friendly. Thanks for everything you guys do Especially during these trying times with Covid
