Good location and friendly, efficient staff. In store orders take a while only because of the long drive-through lines. Comfortable seating and a nice outdoor space too. Convenient location too when you’re running errands.

The frozen grapefruit mango drink was perfectly made!!! This location rocks!!! Absolutely smooth and refreshing!!!! I get mine with no lemonade or water, extra base and a side of cold foam to add as I sip my way through this delicious beverage!!! Fingers to mouth absolutely perfect!! Thank you staff!

Ford rd, you guys were SUPER slammed and you still managed to pump out drinks like nobody's business! Yes, you guys were behind and people were getting impatient but screw them! You guys all rocked it today and I just wanted to say thank you for all you do! Favorite location by far!

Out of all the starbucks I've been to, and I buy this s%$# every day this place made the best frozen mango dragon fruit I've ever had HANDS DOWN!, I had to double back.... sick I live in detroit cause this would be my everyday starbucks

I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to write this one. I have been frequenting this Starbucks for over 3 years and I am consistently impressed with their attitude and service. Throughout the pandemic when things were tense they worked so hard to keep their service consistent and pleasant. My coffee order is always correct and timely. If you stop into this Starbucks consider leaving an extra tip as they definitely deserve it.

Super busy this morning, waited about 15 minutes for a coffee that I ordered at the counter. I'll work smarter next time and order on the app to just swing in and pick up. Staff was super friendly, building was very clean. Each person on staff was wearing a mask.

This is one of the busier Starbucks locations locally and the lines can get daunting. Staff is friendly and accommodating to dietary restrictions and special requests and they work visibly very hard to get orders out in a timely manner, even when they're swamped.

The area around this Starbucks is problematic, though. The city seems to have the stretch of road between Plymouth and Schoolcraft constantly under construction but it never seems like there are any improvements.

A place where you can sit and enjoy your coffee.

The staff here is extremely friendly and nice. I also enjoy the fact that the music is not too loud. It's at a level where if you need to make or take a phone call you don't have to step outside. Its always clean and seating is never an issue. By far my favorite Starbucks to go to!

My new bookkeeper dragged me to this location for our meeting. She got me hooked. This store is clean, staff is friendly and has product knowledge.
Items are prepared in a timely manner and picture perfect. It makes me feel safe when food handlers wash their hands.
Everybody don't have the same immune system. It makes me happy to see restaurants who hire people who care enough to perform their duties with excellence.

I was greeted in the drive-thru by the wonderfully cheerful Holly. She was incredibly sweet and made my coffee experience enjoyable by giving me a very yummy coffee suggestion. I hope to see her again the next time I get starbucks and receive the great service I just got!

The coffee was great, as always. Make sure and order ahead! It was really busy, but I ordered ahead and just picked up my order right on time.

Not the best Starbucks I have been to but it has been on the upswing lately. The management is good at what they do and the staff really know how to make drinks. The holiday drinks are great. It is a very busy store, being on Ford road, and thus wait times can be decently high in the cafe. The drive thru is usually pretty quick. It's also a very good place to study or get homework done and is popular with grad students.
