Best Buy

I bought something online and used the pick-up service. We walked in, got in line to the customer service desk. 2 people in front of us. It went very quickly. I told them what I ordered and showed them the barcode on my phone. He scanned it and brought my item and I was out the door in less then 10 minutes. 10/10

I went the week before Christmas, and I was offered assistance upon entering the store. I knew of one item I needed but wanted to look around. The associate was pleasant and told me to let them know if I had any questions. After browsing, I asked the associate for help locating a specific gaming system. They were very knowledgeable and went over the specific specs on the model and how I can use previously purchased games from the older system. He even made sure I knew that I was getting a lower price than what was showing online. I was so impressed! Within less than 10 mins, he had me cashed out,bagged, and I was on my way!

This is truly the greatest best buy I have ever been to.The staff members are incredibly friendly, but there was a young lady, I believe her name was Divine, who truly stood out as a savior. She assisted me in locating all the items I needed. I had a gaming tournament, and she helped me in finding a new controller and headphones quickly. Even after that, she kindly assisted me in carrying some of my purchases as I left the store. Divine certainly deserves recognition and a raise for her outstanding service

Went to this Best buy for some early Christmas gifting where we purchased an Xbox One x as well as a quest 3 512g . Ended up liking the experience and bought more.

Originally I was writing off Best buy locations due to having the feeling that everything was overpriced. We went on Black Friday and the normal pricing of the items was somewhat competitive with Amazon.

This place would be a good place to find most of your techniques as long as they are consumer side needs.

Micro center would be the higher evolution of Best buy if you needed a more tailored tech experience.

However unlike micro center this place doesn't tend to push sales as hard.

Excellent service. Tim at the front hooked me up with finding a smart watch I had my eye on so I didn't have to flag down an associate. Pick up for a TV was a breeze and assistance putting it in the truck was much appreciated. 👌 Bravo Best Buy.

Placed my order online, arrived at the store, they loaded it up, and I was on my way. Best Buy is always my 1st choice.

I really love the customer service he helped me good my computer 🖥 was huge but he help me to reset all I can say is thank best buy Walmart needs to have better customer service they don’t help they can’t even answer the question you ask

Very friendly people I. This store since day one I've always came into Best Buy and got what I needed and st a great price don't forget to checkout there open box items 🙌 for sure.

The young man, slender, dark hair and glasses he was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!
Maybe Ray? Shoot…Always smiling, so professional and kind. So so helpful. Without him, management there, I would NOT have purchased the iPad Air, nor Microsoft for the year. We are actually making the drive to buy more items due to the professionalism and knowledge, Superior service. One of the managers, 2 of them actually saved us like 1k with this associate. That’s another story minimum. From the associate who greeted us walking in, to the one who directed us, to the one who loaded the TV.
You all are amazing as EVERY Best Buy would benefit in duplicates of this stellar service and staff.
Update: made another trip to this location. Unsure of the other reviews, as 2nd consecutive trip. Found Roy and he is the best! Helped us buy a pen and keyboard! He is bilingual and speaking so graciously to a few customers and this was wonderful! Management remembered me and asked me how the products worked out and asked updates on the purchases we made a week ago! This was so nice she even remembered! This is the best place!

Sales people are very helpful ans knowledgeable of their products.

They sell the same thing as all other Best Buy. No real complaints other than it was a bit crowded on certain isles. I am guessing Christmas items to bolster there stock.

Shopping for a Laptop, almost didnt physically go to Best Buy due to their customer service routing your call to pushy call center people, I am not an over the phone purchaser and was aggravated with that business practice, I just wanted to speak to a actual store associate which is not possible. I took a chance and stopped at the store, Associate, Grayson, listened to my needs, explained the differences in brands, made sure I understood. He was not pushy or tried to sell me anything more than I needed....and that is good 'hands on' customer service.

Ran in to get a last minute gift and it was in stock and the check out process was good. In and out of the store in 5 mins.

Great experience. Walked in and asked for what I wanted. Was shown what I wanted, and shown alternatives. Got exactly what I wanted from friendly staff.

We came to find a laptop computer that I can use in college as a business major. The store was well organized and we had no trouble finding the laptops. Our salesman was able to either answer or look up all of our questions, but he gave us some space when we said we wanted to look around. We found a great computer for a good price that was delivered earlier than expected. If you need some high tier tech for medium prices, come to Best Buy!
