Wow! The moment we walked into our room, the TV said 'Welcome' with our names which made us feel right at home! Our room was huge and comfy, fit for a king. Being connected to a casino was super cool, but our room was peaceful, like our own hideaway from the fun outside.
Everything was so fancy and cozy like they knew just what we needed. This place is top notch if you want a super comfy stay with a touch of excitement nearby!

We stay at this hotel at least twice a month. My husband is handicap and we were in a bind tonight with late check-in and getting him to the room. Crystal was kind enough to work out a solution with us to make sure we were able to get everything taken care of. We have always received top notched service from this hotel. The staff is great and the rooms are clean, and always ready to go with no waiting time.

I gave the location 4 because it depends what you want to do. If you are hitting the casino it's perfect, however it is on the South side of the city and there seems to be a lot more on the North side. Really nice staff, hot breakfast, clean rooms etc. great place to stay.

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed here . It’s really clean and comfy too !! I would say one of my favorite hotels to stay at and the room only costed me $111 dollars for the night with 2 beds . I highly recommend this place !!

Nice place to stay, good continental breakfast but a ways from the airport. My room was top floor with a great view of the trotters down on the track. The horses race every night until around midnight I think. It was a lot of fun, and I'd go back.

We has a very nice experience. Our room was very modern with an open floor plan. The brewery had good food and was not over priced. We were passing through but would stay again.

Really nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. The room was comfortable. Very quiet to say it's closely connected to a casino and race track which is a good thing. There are a couple of restaurants. Very nice gym for the fitness junkies. Standard breakfast was good. There is truck parking for truckers. Overall a good stay. The price was also good for the amount of value. Will be returning.

Fantastic location to Rickenbacker w. Easy access to downtown Columbus and Grove City.

The room and bathroom were very spacious. I was able to relax on the couch and watch TV as if I had a dedicated living room.

The gym was also phenomenal. Again a very large area, multiple treadmills and ellipticals, two enormous mirrors, dumbbells (up to 50lbs) two benches, cable machine and a peloton.

There was coffee available all day and a solid complimentary breakfast consisting of make your own waffles, oatmeal, eggs, sausages, yogurt, cereal and juices.

The hotel has direct access to the casino, sports bar and restaurant

Ms. Hailey was awesome with getting my family checked in and early. Along with Mr. Justin he cleaned the heck out of our rooms, you could actually smell the cleaning...

We came here for a Birthday Celebration. We had a great time! Rooms were nice and the staff was friendly and helpful! Being connected to the Casino and restaurant was awesome!

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff was courteous and efficient. Did not use pool but it looked very nice and area was clean. No issues at all, definitely recommend.

Stayed here for a week, Everyone was very nice, staff was very attentive. Enjoyed full free breakfast everyday, usually scrambled eggs and sausage, waffles. Then walk next door to the adjoining building, Brew Brothers next to the casino for dinner. If you are in the area, it is a nice uncomfortable place to stay.

We enjoyed our short stay, visiting the casino connected to the hotel. We had a long drive to visit and tried the hotel to stay one night. Was comfortable noting that the room was disinfected and looked very clean, even with a covering on the TV remote. The morning breakfast was good with a number of things to chose from. Office personnel were very friendly and accommodating . A nice walkway from the hotel to the casino.

Excellent hotel! Had a great long-term stay, hotel very clean and staff is very friendly…. restaurants next-door ( connected to building) at the casino have great food!
Lots of parking four vehicles of every kind

We were a little hesitant about or stay given the recent poor reviews as we chose Hampton Inns on purpose due to the consistent quality, cleanliness and breakfast. However, our stay was very nice. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff to the lady tending to the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean with all of the amenities. The only questionable item was the fitted sheet...nothing major just inside out and wrinkly like it was already slept in but not dirty or anything.

Nice quiet place to relax if you been to the casino attached or one of the concert or sporting events. Good place to wind down.
Just FYI, IF it's a week day and you want to eat after 11pm. Be prepared. There is nothing around open including the casino food places.

My family and I stayed here after a booking mistake at another hotel.
It is a little out of the way, but perfect.

When the front desk found out that we had a five year old with us, she grinned while asking if we might be interested in a bunk bed room.

Our room had three queen beds - two of them in enormous bunk form.

It was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever been in and while the kiddo had a bath and story with Dad, I got to wander down the hall for a quick spin of a few slots.

What a perfect experience.
