After trying several grocery delivery services, I've been using FreshDirect for around 6 months and I've been continually impressed. The food is good quality, the delivery people are always personable, and their customer service is great. Today, I received an order with an item accidentally broken during shipping so I emailed them; within hours, they issued a credit for the item and an additional credit for the hassle!

Overall, wonderful company. I recommend them to everyone, but this service is particularly great for busy students such as myself. Can't beat how easy and convenient it is.
