Quick visit today to buy a few pairs of jeans from the men’s department. The dressing rooms were clean and organized, the jean section was in a bit of a disarray but that is somewhat expected this time of year. Checkout was smooth and efficient.

This location has a self-checkout option which helps those in a hurry complete their shopping experience faster when on the go.

I often go to the Kohl's on Transit Road in Williamsville New York to return Amazon items. Usually Pablo waits on me. He is very calm, patient and efficient. He has a good sense of humor too. It's always nice to see him. Today Kay waited on me. I had quite a few items. She was very efficient and friendly.

During my recent visit to Kohl's the sales and cash-out personnel were extremely helpful. They made my first visit to Kohl's a positive experience.

Clean friendly associates. Not happy with self checkout associate. This woman treated me like I didn't know what I was doing. Went to regular register. Worked 30 yrs in retail, know what I'm doing.

Easy shopping. Quick check out. Great prices. I still prefer shopping for clothing in person, Not online. I come to the store often.

I work there, and can say that our team here is one of the best you'll find anywhere. We do not say "No" to anyone. We do all we can to get you what you need in a timely manner. The prices are great and so is the store itself. Please come in and enjoy great service and great air conditioning/heat (depending on the season).

Quick and easy returns. Ordered online and delivered to my house. Since I had to return the item due to ordering wrong size and I also had a separate Amazon return, I returned the items in person. Quick, convenient and hassle free. Amazon returns do NOT have to be packaged. I received a 15% off Kohl's coupon and used it to buy 2 outfits for work at a very reasonable price. Good quality clothing and nice variety too. Always pleased with Kohl's Customer Service and their inventory whether clothes, decorations, household items, shoes, etc. I like the options to have items delivered to my home, pick-up at store if currently in inventory or have shipped to a store of choice.
