Rush hour long line but, moved quickly, fastest service I ever experienced, friendly service and my order was perfect

The negative reviews surprise me. Of all the Timmy Ho's in WNY, this is the best Tim Horton's location ever! It's a brand-new tenant space with reserved parking in East Amherst. They have a great team of quality workers! They do everything right at this location and should be a model for all other locations. If you want an accurate Timmy Ho's order and you don't want to wait in long lines, including the drive thru, go to this one and ask for Gah or Jonits.

Love Tim's. People can go in looking grumpy, come out smiling with their caffeine.

Warmly lighted friendly Tim Hortons on this corner of Transit Rd and Clarence Center Rd. Terrific crew! Reserved parking for Tim Hortons customers. What is more stays lighted until 10PM! Some locations start darkening the dining room somewhat earlier and lock the door around 9:30 or 9:45 and turn away valuable customers even though they're clearly marked as closing at 10 PM. I hope you can add more staff so you can all go back to pre-pandemic hours when all were open until exactly 10! This store is doing very well at keeping normal hours
I understand you're all understaffed and hope your hiring drives are successful and your locations can serve hot food in the evening. I see many people leave without ordering because what they want isn't available. Drive thru and takeout available.

At first glance this may appear like an ordinary Tim Hortans but where this one differs from all others in the service. These were some of the nicest most enthusiastic people I’ve ever seen working anywhere. Worth going just for the experience, the breakfast sandwich was great too though.

Today we got breakfast sandwiches on English muffins. After my daughter took a couple bites we noticed that there were spots of green mold on the bottom half of the muffin. She didnt even want me to go back to get a new sandwich because she was so sickened by this. I thought a reputable company like Tim Hortons would have fresh baked goods each day but apparently not. We are very disappointed (and disgusted).

Wonderfully friendly and hardworking staff. We went there yesterday and the man working the food prep area also took our order and was just a magician working every station. I wish I would have caught his name because he needs a raise!

Every morning between 5 and 530 I come to this location, and let me tell you...there's a super sweet, always has a smile on girl named Jenna who is usually working and she makes my morning every time! She's very polite and doesn't ever make me feel rushed. When getting up at 4 to be at work by 6, it's nice to have that friendliness that early in the morning. Great job tim hortons, for hiring probably the best employee I have ever came across!

Very personable, yet friendly staff. This is my first visit to this location but I will be back. No matter what location I patronize along Transit Road in East Amherst the staff are all the same personable and professional.

I’m always amazed at how big the coffee is for such a great price. I know people love those fancy drinks but I’m just a coffee girl and it’s a great cup and a great deal

I keep going to this place because the staff is courteous and friendly. You received the food in the timely manner and the coffee is always hot and fresh. Just like they profess.

I have been comming to this location for years and over the past month or so it is the cleanest I have ever seen it! Always polite, and professional and I love that I no longer have to ask for napkins they have been in my bag every morning!!!!

Coffee and doughnuts are worth the wait. All Tim locations in Erie county offer ten percent discount for seniors fifty and over.

While pickup is great, inside is not clean at all to sit and drink coffee

I haven't used my Kurig but maybe 3 times in a year & that's if it is a Holiday & they close early
