I have to tell you that Dominique makes this place. There is never a morning that she doesn't put a smile on my face. She has the sweetest most positive personality ever! Oh and she just loves my doggo. I would follow her to any Tim's. She just absolutely makes the experience and my whole day brighter. She deserves all the raises.

This is the best Tim Hortons around! Sarah is an excellent supervisor, and the girl who waited on me , erica gave fantastic service. Everyone at this location is super friendly. I will make a point to visit this particular location often.

This is a great location, friendly and experienced staff. Always through the drive thru quickly, I've been inside once and they have their fair share of "regulars," which signals the quality of the people as there are alternate locations in all directions.

Very Busy time in the morning at Tim Horton's In Albion. I had decided to take my two oldest kids (teenagers🤯) to school. We stopped for breakfast, being difficult with one of the drink orders... with a line if folks behind me, almost out the door; Everything Was Correct!!😁😁👍👍 Now, East Amherst location, I ordered a simple Berrie Smoothie, a Hot Chocolate & a Hot Cappuccino. Knowing my luck, my Smoothie was NOTHING BUT WATERY! GRR! I asked politely if they could PLEASE thicken it up?🙏🙏 But, the answer was NO! The manager dude was Huffy with me, I think as more of a defense mechanism. 🤔🤔🤔

This is the only Tim Horton’s I know that hasn’t crushed ice. Sometimes is a bit too busy for my liking but I don’t care enough to complain. The staff is always nice as well!

This location always does an excellent job! Fast, friendly service. Excellent iced cappuccinos and always fresh coffee! My favorite location!

I stopped at another Time Hortons gold mine. The place was packed but service was rapid and courteous. The general story for any and all their franchise locations.

Turkey&bacon club on a toasted artisan roll lettuce, tomato,& mayonnaise-4packTimbits(2 birthday cake, 2 old- fashioned plain)- large original two-and-a-half crean, half of (a)sugar-small cream of broccoli soup-bottle of water

They toasted my sandwich perfectly and made my ice cap perfectly, and they had great staff there.

First time to visit the store on Transit Rd e amherst. Very good service. Server complamented me on the pin I was wearing on my coat. Really pleasant fellow.

The ice capp machine was down because it was being cleaned but they had a lot of good other flavor options

Every time I've gotten an Iced Capp from here, they fill it all the way to the top. Good stuff!
