Great place! I needed help finding a good pair of shoes and the man in the shoe section was very helpful finding me what I needed. Cashing out was a breeze, everyone was friendly and courteous!

This store is excellent! We went there to get my daughter some lacrosse gear and some cold weather gear. The staff was awesome and so kind and helpful!!! I wish I could give them more stars! Got a few bargains too!

I bought a driver in the golf shop. The gentleman that waited on me was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me pick the correct club and shaft for my swing speed and then sized it for me. I bought a set of irons several years ago at that same store, no one ever mentioned anything about sizing the irons I purchased. Pro Shop experience at a discounted store cost!

Brought our son here to look at Kayaks. We were hesitant based on a very bad experience at elevator alley kayaks in buffalo. We stopped at cabellas but their stock was well picked over. Decided to stop at Dicks. Best stop! Great knowledgeable help from the purchasing experience all the way to the car!

I am giving it 5 stars so it is noticed…..and I thought it was hilarious……I have abnormally large hands. I needed a pair of gloves and I could only find XL, I decided to ask a worker if they had 2XL or 3XL. He responded with ‘maybe’ and walked away……..I decided to wait thinking he was going in the back to get some and he never came back………he literally just said maybe and gave up. Finally found some 2XL online so it was alright. But yea never seen that happen before.

Just love this store. Can find there almost everything. It's not a cheap, but it worthy. Stuff is very friendly and helpful but last couple times I stayed on the line forever

Great sporting store for finding any kind of sport. Everything from equipment down to apparel shoes and socks. Even kayaks. It's a great place. Wonderful selections. Definitely recommend.

Got my skates on a deal, no much staff around the store for help. But my second visit was awesome. They sharpened and fitted for free

Store is in the middle of a remodel, but very organized, got in and out quickly, had plenty of Bills merchandise. GO BILLS !!!!!

My favorite sporting goods store in WNY. Good selection, prices, and sale/clearance items. Golfing section should improve with Golfsmith acquisition.

Lodge staff is helpful and knowledgeable, if a bit understaffed and overworked. Good prices on firearms and ammo.
