Composure, attitude, and effort was all there even though it was a situation you could’ve lost your cool
At the end of the day I paid for what I needed it and will pick them up up at the other location

Wide selection of shoes and excellent customer service. They had stocked shoes incorrectly due to a surplus, and I got charged $10 extra and I use a $10 discount from my points that I have accumulated. I noticed it after having purchased the shoes and went back immediately to ask if they could at least honor the $10 of the points that I had used and return the shoe all together. The manager was very kind and respected the $10 price difference in the display of the shoe and also refunded the $10 in points giving me back a total of $20. I got the shoes for 54 when they were incorrectly posted at 74.

Big selection for women, kids and men. I was able to find a good on clearance pair of tennis shoes 👟. very friendly and helpful employees.

WSS is old school I used to buy my tennis shoes my work boots and socks back in Long Beach in Long Beach boulevard. They have always had great service for the customers and they don't mind getting the right size of shoes for you if they have it. This store was clean and there was a young lady at the entrance to help me out to get my work boots my size my color and she did it with a smile thank you love you WSS. All WSS stores have not let me down the only thing is you have to keep watch for the sizes you need that don't always have the sizes your looking for but that's because a lot of people shop there know.. Overall it's a great spot to shop..
