Manny is the best customer provider I’ve experienced in any At&t store ever. Deserves every praise he receives. Wish I could give him 10 stars.

I would like to give an outstanding 10 star review to Anthony, manager. I have been in a few times with different issues also for an upgrade. Anthony gives more than his best and goes above and beyond for his customers. Anthony is extremely knowledgeable about all phones and products and I feel will give you the best advice and deal. He is absolutely amazing for me as a customer. Thank you very much!!

Outstanding staff and service! Switched from T-Mobile and was seamless and straightforward. Excellent customer service and dedicated staff. Great personalities and willingness to help. Special shout out to Anthony and Fabian who I will send whoever I can to for their phone needs!

She was wonderful to work with.
Very helpful, knowledgeable, alerted us to all the deals snd even stayed past her closing time to finish up setting up our new phones. Walked in to fix something and walked out with two new phones.

AT&T (at Monroe, NJ) employee, Chris, was super helpful with switching my phone plan to AT&T! He went above and beyond to help me figure out stuff he didn’t have to, which is great because I was then able to easily become an AT&T customer. I will definitely be back to this location.

I purchased a new iPhone 14 pro at this location and had a pleasant experience. No wait time to get in the store, Anthony was professional and courteous, and had me out of the store with the new phone in less than 30 minutes.
