I love this Mc Donald’s . My breakfast is always so fresh 🤠🤠 and I love Monroe .

One of the better McDonald's around. Staff is friendly, and service is fast.

This McDonalds seems high volume but still manages to give good service, correct orders, is clean, employees seem happy / work as a team and is relatively fast. Also, the McFlurry ice cream is fresh and not crystallized like some locations.

This McDonald's is one of best.. clean, clean, clean. The worker's actually care about you and there products.

Every time I come here the food is made fresh. Everyone is kind and helpful, and the place is very clean. Definitely one of the best McDonald's I have been to. Thank you to the staff that make this possible, especially during these weird times. :)

Super fast. the burger and fries are good but the chicken sandwich was under ok

Fast service, food was hot and fresh

First thing I noticed was how clean it was and they had a staff member wiping down tables after each guest. Ordering and paying on the kiosk was super easy. Sat down with a number placard and they brought the order to me. SIMPLE!

The food was nice and fresh. What impressed me the most was how the cashier, not only took care of the register, but was aware of incoming customers with mobility issues. Running to open the door and assist an elderly woman who was not too steady on her feet. Made me smile. Very good customer care.

food served hot & fresh excellent customer service with mgr Aronda in charge & making it always enjoyable for me to take my grandchildren there...will continue to patronize that exact location because it is close to where they live that I can stop at before I drop them off at my daughter's home.

Nice new building with all new facilities. Friendly hard working staff. The whole building is very clean. Many places to sit and eat. Love the new kiosk ordering, really shortens the wait in lines. Great integration of contactless payments (Apple Pay) for a quick checkout.

We visited this McDonald's while traveling home to Massachusetts from Florida. This is one of the cleanest McDonald's locations I have ever been to with a great staff. All the employees were keeping themselves busy, and even though the dining room was slow, a crew member was still out there with a broom and dustpan cleaning up the floor when there would be spills. All of the tables were wiped down and clean. At a different location I had to ask for a cloth to wipe down a table because in an empty dining room there were no clean tables. I don't think that would ever happen at this Monroe, NJ location. The management should be proud of their staff for excellent customer service all the way around. I made sure to let management know.

First time visit, very clean, self ordering system is easy to use. Food came quickly. After meal, I forgot my backpack in the store when I left. Called the stores, they have it kept in their cashier register. Really appreciate the help I got.

4.5 really (fries needed more salt) but it was nice and clean, friendly enough staff, and all wet MASKED!!! Bonus points - thank you for being the only place wearing masked during our trip!

This Mc.Donalds is like home for me and my teen.I don't have bad experiences too many places because I am kind and I gracious and convey empathy but still, when we walk in here after like, Six Flags when Every restaurant is closed or the ones on the way outta 6 Flags Flags is Packed! This one is OPEN and feels inviting we can get my son's just meat pattie plate without paying for the bun and stuff like at Dairy Queen. And who can beat a dollar drink or coffee?? Never thought I'd like a MC Ds on the old Hights Farm Equipment Land but...ehh

I have been going to McDonalds my entire life but thought the quality had gone down so much that I stopped going. Well I am back and loving it. Great location, seems like McDonalds has changed a LOT...and for the better. If you don't try their signature artisan sandwiches, you are missing out. I WILL be back...and my daughter loves it too.

I got the best Caramel Frappe I've had in my life from here. I don't live in NJ but I'd go here often if I did.
