I highly recommend Shawn at New Jersey Office Systems! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a printer, fax and scanner, and my experience exceeded all expectations. With exceptional products and dedication to customer service, he sets the standard for excellence and maintaining a strong relationship with his customers with his ongoing support and assistance.

New Jersey Office Solutions is one of the best copier companies in the State of New Jersey. President Shawn Donelson met with me on a weekend because I needed to get my copier set up in a hurry. At a great price, he got me a fantastic Kyocera TaskAlfa copier that is better than most of the machines I've seen in office environments. He also got me multi-function printer for use at my home office as well.

Not long after I got the copier, I was so pleased with the machine that I had Shawn add a finisher to my copier for a great price. He later had the machine moved to my new office location and leased me an industrial shredder that can handle my law practices's needs and does not require oiling.

The pricing has always been fair and Shawn has always made himself available to me regardless of the day or time I needed him. The company comes out regularly to maintain the machine and I've had very few problems with jamming or other errors common with copiers.

Without Shawn's copiers, I would have had a much harder time launching my law firm. I highly recommend him and all the staff at New Jersey Office Systems!

Shawn and his team at NJOS are great! Always available promptly to answer questions or resolve any technical issues that may arise. NJOS and their service has been by far the best out of any office systems company we have dealt with. If you are looking for new office equipment you'd be making a mistake by not calling Shawn.

I don't normally leave reviews but I had to take the time to do so in this case.. it's the least I can do for Shawn who just spent an hour and a half at the law firm I work at personally delivering and setting up a new printer. Our office has had a business relationship with NJOS since December 2017 and Shawn is always prompt to reply, eager to help and determined to solve whatever issue arises. I never have to remember to order toner, it's delivered before we run out, making another thing checked off my "to do" list without having "to do" anything! I highly recommend NJOS:
1. They presented me with a detailed, yet easy to understand contract for my new copy machine.
2. They took care of the details regarding the end of the lease of my old machine from another company
3. They set up my new copy machine and explained all of the very cool features.
4. When I have had a couple of questions, they responded very quickly.
5. They did a trouble shoot for me (wasn't a problem on their end!) and helped me solve the problem.
6. I feel confident that when I need supplies I will receive them in a day as promised (the contract includes my toner for the life of the lease)
My contact, Shawn, is most friendly and very helpful. They are a local company for me and I am glad to be able to refer anyone who has any questions.

Shawn and NJ Office Systems are the best. Good products, and great customer service. They stand by the products they sell 100%. Last year, thinking I would save some money, I decided to buy non-OEM cartridges. When they developed problems a few months ago, Shawn had me return them to the supplier, and was able to get money back for me. I now use genuine HP toners, which NJOS offers for less than Staples or HP, with free delivery. I highly recommend both the products and service from NJ Office Systems.

When you need a solution, you call NJOS. Shawn & the team are driven by providing solutions, not products. Anyone can provide a copier, scanner, etc. - but technology can be finicky, glitchy & may not always work. You want someone who will stand by you and make sure you can get the job done. Shawn & the NJOS team have been there for our team and I am grateful for it. I recommend them without hesitation.

Our company had worked with Shawn Donelson in the past and we were very happy to learn that he had started his own company. When our old copier lease was up we turned to Shawn for a new machine. I cannot recommend NJOS enough. We are a small company and were treated and given service from Shawn Donelson (the president) and our account executive, Matt Smith, as if we were a priority. They not only helped with our copier needs, but took A LOT of their time setting us up with Microsoft OneDrive to save us money, which is something that did not have a benefit to them at all.
