Olympia Pools

been going to Olympia pools since 1986 would never trust another pool company to deal with our pool. They are super busy in the summer so its expected to have to wait for them to come out and service your pool, so best to call right away and not hesitate if you have an issue that you cannot fix yourself. I always have a big issue with green algae and try to deal with it myself, (wrong)
but in the meantime best to stop at the store, and they will give you a complete printout, of what steps to take. They really know their stuff and their chemicals. (they are even happy to walk you thru and troubleshoot the problem on the phone if they can).

Had a heater problem. Luckily they were available the next day and came up to diagnose. The next day they returned with the part and heater fixed. You cant ask for more than that. A little pricey but I suppose you get what you pay for.

What great people! I got home to a broken hose at 6:10pm. (Closes at 6) I called and was told they would wait for me so I could get a new hose.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The owner is very personable and able to answer all questions I had about upkeep/ maintaining both pools and hot tubs. Highly recommend.

They put in our pool 16 years ago and just this year had to replace the liner. They are true professionals, love their work!
