After spending many hours online shopping for a new over-the-range microwave oven, reading reviews and compiling a spreadsheet to compare actual costs (appliance + delivery + installation + haul-away), it finally dawned on me to check some of the better-rated local appliance dealers and see if they could do better in terms of timing and price on the model I wanted. Jordan carefully went over some of the details of installation to make sure I knew what to expect (and what I was doing), quoted a price for the microwave that was a few dollars lower than AJ Madison, PC Richard, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc), and much lower for delivery, installation, and haul-away. That was Tuesday afternoon. On Thursday morning, two guys from Mr. C Installation appeared, and with astounding speed and impressive teamwork completed the installation in under 20 minutes. This included running a small shop vacuum to clean up any bits of sawdust in the cabinet, stove (even though they had carefully covered it with a moving blanket), counters, and floor, AND testing the microwave and explaining its features and functions as well as any salesperson.

Joe D’s was a pleasure to work with. Fantastic customer service. Adam/Michael helped me with an oven replacement and they were very accommodating when it came to delivery and working around my schedule. Would highly recommend.

During my recent visit to the store, I had the pleasure of meeting Jordan, who provided exceptional customer service. Jordan was friendly, approachable, and eager to assist me with my needs. They went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for, taking the time to listen to my preferences and providing me with several options to choose from.

What impressed me most about Jordan was his attention to detail and his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel like a valued customer.

Overall, I was incredibly impressed with the level of customer service I received from Jordan and the rest of the staff at the store. After living with antiquated kitchen appliances for 13 years, it’s safe to say we were out of the appliance-buying game and needed guidance. Well, we got that in spades from Michael and his team at Joe D’s Appliances in Fairfield, NJ. His salesmanship was top-notch (not pushy or smarmy), his expertise admirable, and his customer service thorough, prompt and researched. His emails provided every conceivable product link; nothing was left to chance, nor was anything vague. Best of all, Michael went to great lengths to ensure that we receive a helpful (and considerable) rebate on our appliance package. In short, he was less concerned about his sales quota than he was about treating his customers with care and professionalism. We love our appliances from Joe D’s Fairfield and unreservedly recommend anyone to make this their first and only stop on the appliance-buying journey.

I can't say enough about our experience with Michael at Joe D's. It was stressful finding a refrigerator to fit our space & after calling and visiting multiple appliance stores, Michael was the only one who took the time to research and help us pick the perfect refrigerator. Michael even reached out directly to his LG representative to make sure the model we wanted was available within the delivery time frame we needed. It is so hard to find this kind of customer service any where these days - so I cannot recommend using Joe D's enough! Delivery was smooth & professional. Drivers were amazing. I called several appliance stores in search of a specific make and model stove being advertised as "in stock" and "ready to ship". Only Joe D's actually had the stove available AND was able to deliver it for the date I needed! I spoke with Jordan, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure I would get my new stove on the exact day I needed it. He saved my kitchen renovation project! This has turned out to be another example of how great it is to deal with a family owned business rather than a big box store! Joe D's and Jordan really came to my rescue.

My experience at Joe D’s was exceptional thanks to Mike! I was shopping around for appliances for our kitchen remodel at various places and Mike service surpassed the rest. He spent so much time showing me around and has excellent knowledge about each brand and model of every appliance. He had lots of patience and answered all of my questions. He also gave me a great deal! We had delays with our kitchen install, but he maintained excellent communication throughout and was able to deliver them when we were ready for install. There was an item delivered that was broken so Mike was even able to reach out to the manufacturer and get it replaced which saved me time and headache of having to call myself. Overall, I would refer my family and friends to Mike at Joe D’s without hesitation and I will go back in the future!

I recently purchased a GE washer and Dryer set and was super excited to have Jordan schedule a quick install. After about 20 some odd days, my washer started to make some funny noise, and eventually the interior glass exploded. When contacting GE - their support team was not so helpful at all. In fact they were giving me an appointment that was nearly 4 weeks out. I contact Jordan and felt assured he would help take of us. He did everything he could to help escalate our issue, and try to get a quick resolution. He picked up my phone calls, and responded to my emails.

Eventually, due to COVID19 no other retailer remotely near us had a similar model in stock. However, Joe D's did have a similar product, and offered to replace my busted GE one. Amazing Customer service, and true professional ownership of the products they sell. It wasn't a I sold it, I have nothing to do with you attitude, in-fact exactly the opposite.

I would recommend anyone to buy whatever you can with Joe D's!

What can my wife and I say about Joe d's other than absolutely amazing. My wife and I were totally screwed over by both Lowes and home depot not know where we can go to find a good deal and great service I turned to my community group on Facebook and they recommended Joe ds and the people were praising this place saying how good they are and that they could beat the big box stores prices, we were a bit Skeptical going in but what was said is true about this place, we went in there greeted by a gentleman by the name of (Michael Ducheny) we told Michael what we were looking and he not only gave us all of our options and we settled on a good washer and dryer at a great price. Install day came today and their install teams (mr c's) was amazingly fast in and out of our house in about less than 30-45 minutes. After they installed our appliances they took the time to show us all of the features and functions as well as how to properly care for and extend the life of our new appliances. We were so blown away with the level of service at Joe d's that we are going there tomorrow to look at replacing our dishwasher and stove and we know that they will take care of us. See you tomorrow. This place is amazing - service, delivery, pricing can’t be beat! Our 10 year old washer suddenly died. With 2 kids and a dog, we needed help fast. Adam from Joe D’s was recommended by our appliance repairman (Marc at Ace Appliance repair in Bergen County - also fantastic). Adam responded right away, helped us figure out what we needed, arranged for haul away and installation within a day of purchase, and had my life back to normal. I’m now a customer for all my appliance needs!

During the renovation of our kitchen we visited multiple applicable stores ranging from big box stores to small local shops. Ultimately we landed at Joe Ds. During our visit we were quickly helped by Jordan. Jordan was a great help as we were looking for multiple appliances to update our new kitchen. Jordan worked with us to find everything we wanted within a budget that worked for us. Jordan was friendly, quick and thorough from the start. We had actually visited and ordered a few months prior as we were aware of manufacturing delays due to Covid. Although most of our products were quickly obtained by Jordan, there was a manufacturing issue with our dishwasher and Jordan quickly offered a fair substitute to make sure we were happy. Thankfully we had a few construction delays and Jordan received our originally ordered dishwasher shortly before we requested delivery. Everything worked out great and we appreciate the help Jordan offered every step of the way. A huge thank you to Jordan and the whole team!

I can't say enough good things about Joe D's and our customer rep, Jordan. We had a heck of a time finding a new fridge due to space constraints, and to say Jordan went above and beyond in his level of service still isn't enough. He helped us every step of the way and took great care to make sure we were getting the right fridge. Would recommend Joe D's and Jordan without hesitation.

The BEST customer service! My family and I have been dealing with Joe D's since the 80's when they were in Botany Village. They are a family owned company and provide world class service. We have bought numerous appliances from them over the years. We have ALWAYS been satisfied with their recommendations. They make sure everything is as it should be and follow up with any doubts or customer questions. They have competitive prices and they even do better than the big box stores. You cannot go wrong patronizing Joe D's.

I was recently in the market for a fridge, after my existing unit died on me. The gentlemen I spoke with (Adam) was extremely helpful. He took the time to understand the dimensions and layout of my existing space (not everyone does, surprisingly), and recommended models that were the most appropriate. Very knowledgeable across brands and styles. Frank and fair on what was (and what was not) feasible with regards to the expected life of product, and pricing.

I ended up making the purchase with a big box store, only because I had points with them that I needed to use up. But I highly recommend Joe D's. They will be my first call, when I need an appliance in the future.

You can buy any of the products that Joe D's sells in many other stores or even online. HOWEVER, what you CAN NOT GET is the very personalized assistance, guidance and overall AMAZING Customer Satisfaction Service that you DO GET at Joe D's Appliances! Both sons/brothers, Jordan and Adam were kind, helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us.

We gave them our size restrictions for our space and they found the appliance that fit by doing research FOR US. We (unfortunately) didn't even go into the store to MEET them in person; everything was conducted over the phone and online which was an additional time saver for us.

In the end, we did see the appliance at a local store, and Joe D's met their competitive sale price - it does not get any better than all of this together!

But wait, it does! After the delivery and installation, I received an email from Adam asking if everything went well! We will CERTAINLY return to Joe D's for any future appliance needs in our family.... and we'll be telling our friends too. Thank you to all at Joe D's!

I have dealt in the past with other independent appliance stores, as well as Home Depot, Lowes, PC Richards, Best Buy, Amazon and other stores. None of them - repeat NONE - were as good, knowledgable, patient, responsive, personalized and ethical as this store and Adam.

After doing extensive research on a new washing machine, and after calling and dealing with many other stores by phone, when I got through to Adam at Joe D's, it was a totally different experience. Adam asked the right questions, answered all of my questions, and was clearly was an EXPERT on appliances. Further, he patiently dealt with me with warmth after me nervously calling him several times, and changing my mind at one point.

I wound up buying a Speed Queen TC5 washing machine, which was what Adam had recommended in my first call to him, and I could not be more happy. Whenever I need appliances in the future, I won't even consider another store; and I am highly recommending the store to my friends and family.
