T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

We got new phones and also got 2 tablets that are included. No matter who we worked with, all the employees are very professional, they listen and don't push you to buy things you don't want. We left another cell phone company due to the high cost and the really terrible way we were treated. Glad we made the decision to go to T Mobile and recommend that you do too.

Of the many mobile phone stores that we have frequented over the years, this one is the best. Josh and Chris were super helpful in guiding us, and then Kenya provided us with the final details and expertise that helped us determine our decisions for phone upgrades.

I would highly recommend this particular Butler, NJ T-Mobile store. I had a charging issue with a phone that I had purchased there and the store manager, Kenya, was extremely helpful in expediting my return. She quickly deleted my information on the new phone that I was returning and showed me that my data had been completely erased. Kenya had a presence and professionalism about her and you could tell she was chosen to be the Store Manager for a reason. She's going places. In addition, "TT" was very helpful in transferring my data from my old phone to my newly purchased phone. He was a wiz. Both times that I was there, I was in and out in no time. I actually walked out with a smile on my face both times.

My daughter and I went to switch from Verizon. Juan was a rockstar!! Listened to our concerns, asked questions, was courteous, met all our needs, despite other customers waiting to be served. We left with 3 new iPhones, 2 iPads, 2 Apple Watches and new internet and still paying $100 less per month!! Way to go T-Mobile and Juan!!!

I rarely do reviews, and full disclosure, I'm NOT a T-Mobile customer, but: I had received a letter from T-Mobile that a new account was pending in my name and required additional verification before equipment was shipped. Again, I am not, nor have I ever been a T-Mobile customer. I took the letter to a local T-Moble store and Kenya (the manager) immediately knew what to do. She contacted her T-Mobile district contact and they pulled up the order attempt by the reference number on the letter. He noted that it was already stopped because my credit account was protected, and he also immediately flagged the attempt to stop any further action on behalf of the scammer. He also encouraged me to contact the credit bureaus to verify no other attempts to commit fraud had been made. Well handled all-the-way around!

All the workers at this shop are Great! They are all competent and know what they're doing. When I have a problem they've always been able to help me and they're always willing to help me. I strongly recommend this store and Yessy who works there. It's nice to come to a place where everyone is able to help the customer and is willing to help the customer. They are not stingy on their time and they get the job done. Kenya the manager, manages the store well. I've been with this T-Mobile store for a couple years now and all the workers have been a great help including; Taheem, Yessy, and Joshua. They all deserve praise with a raise! Nelson Helu

I have to say my experience at Tmobile in Butler was outstanding. Yessy went above and beyond to make sure my information from my old relic of a phone was preserved in my new updated phone. Kenya was patient and understanding. I highly recommend this location.

I've never been so happy walking into a T-Mobile before with Matt help and his partner in the store I was amazed how kind I was treated they honestly took the time out and we're fast with helping which is really surprising considering I've waited sometimes hours in cell phone stores they were so patient and understanding even with my son. I must say out of every T-Mobile I've been to this is by far the best store I hope that they know how much they are appreciated more stores need staff like Matt

We made an appointment at T Mobile but because there are two Butler ,NJ locations literally a cross the highway from each other we went to the north bound route 23 location. Which was not where our appointment was. Seriously why two locations across from each other within a half mile. Makes zero sense. But where we went we had a TMobile employee whose name was Victor and he knew 100% we were at the wrong location but was beyond happy to help us not make us figure out how confusing it would be for us to get the other location. Victor was beyond attentive and happy to get our new phones updated and he did it quickly and he was so personable and patient with us !! Moved over to Sprint December of 2019 and I can tell you it did not go smoothly after being with Verizon for 19 years. I was sold on what was told I would be getting when switching and made my financial decision based on that. Long story short, it fell drastically short of what I was told by the Sprint crew and that left me with a large Verizon bill after leaving. Then the merger finally happened and I brought my concerns and frustrations over to the new manager, Ryan. After fighting with Sprint for 10 months myself, Ryan was able to finally remedy my situation within a couple of weeks with alot of diligent work and great customer communication. With most companies treating their cellular customers like a dime a dozen, Ryan stepped up and got the job done!
