Order placed Saturday was filled promptly & ready for store pick up. Took advantage of the wkend promo, had a little glitch that was rectified when speaking to customer service rep. All good, happy with everything :) will continue to purchase for my pup, as always.

Got right in, vet was with us shortly thereafter. Clipped pet's nails with no problem, even when other vets & groomers have tried unsuccessfully!! Vaccines also administered with no problem

Me and my dog were really cared for on our visit. All my questions were answered.Thank you to the awesome Dr Rodriguez and her wonderful assistant sorry I forgot her name (long hair with nice piercings). Both were very gentle and caring with my dog, Belvedere. “Belly”. I hope I get the both of you on our next visit.

Staff always helpful….when I was there store had must of gotten a huge delivery boxes stacked in almost every isle. Asked for help member stop what they were doing to show me where to find item I was looking for, great employees!!!

Losing a pet is very difficult, especially one that has been with you for almost 16 years. I want to express my sincerest gratitude to the staff at Vetco in Kinnelon. They were amazing, gracious and ever so gentle and caring with my little Winnie - thank you!

I come here all the time and I really like this place. Not only do they have a wide selection of goods, toys, food, health and hygiene products for dogs they also have a vet that comes in and will administer shots if needed. I got my dog Leela her rabies vaccine and I also get everything she needs from here. It’s also in a convenient spot on 23 south in Kinnelon. I usually cut through town and go up Kiel ave as to avoid highways when I take my daughters to karate and I’m in and out of petco. I was there today and when I walked in I was greeted and also I was asked if I needed help twice while walking to get her food. And it was a genuine concern also , which as I’ve stated in other reviews from local places, is kind of rare when you don’t fit the description. Anyway on my way out that credit card machine asked if I’d like to donate and I always do and I received a bag as a courtesy which I was pretty siked about lol.
End result is if your shopping for you pet I strongly suggest you do it here. Prices can be high but it’s expected for you furry loved one 😊. I strongly recommend the reusable dog diapers when they have their period as opposed to the disposables. This thing fits her snug and she’s comfortable in it.

Dr Eisenberg is the best!! I love how caring & gentle he is with Rock. Rocky loves seeing Dr Eisenberg for his checkups, I drive 30 mins from my home because the care he gets here is un matched. Thank you!

Tonya and Allie are AMAZING. After a horrible experience at a competitor, my dogs are happy to go to the groomer again. They saw Allie and we all immediately loved her. She did a wonderful job!!!

Everyone was very helpful especially Roberto who gave us a lot of helpful information about our turtle and her new habitat.

Alway find my dog and cat food and they r very friendly and helpful if ur looking for something

The service here is fantastic! I purchased 2 parakeets here a few months ago. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable. The food, toys, etc. were perfect, just what I / they needed!. Prices good as well!

Nice open airy store. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They pretty much have everything you need for cats and dogs. They sell fish, birds & small animals and supplies for them too.

Very little staff. The prices are little high but I never leave without something for my fur baby.

Excellent service and valuable advice from the associate as to what walking harness and leash would be best.for my dog. In addition, the
associate showed me how to put it on my dog and then put it on my dog for me. Another associate told me what aisle to go to for dog treats that were low in calories and named some brands. Associates were courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I took my 20 year old cat to Vetco to address skin irritation and allergies. I was pleased with the customer service as well as the professionalism. I felt confident that the doctor and support staff were providing excellent care. The 5th star was because the price was a fraction of what I would have paid Bowtie's previous vet.

Lauren is a rock star!!! She is very proficient in the animals and items sold in the store. She was clear detailed information about caring for my new pet. Petco got it right! Thank you Lauren

Stopped in to buy Instinct dog food. No only is it extremely pet friendly, it is very clean. I did not detect any odors that would say animals shop here. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Plan on returning regularly.
