Went there to get few things for my home remodel project and I like Lowes selection and inventory.

Many great brands available in store.

They have great paint selections and huge inventory of tools and hardware to choose from.

Big garden center with many evergreen and plants.

Very big parking lot

Nice store, clean with friendly staff. Strongly suggest to stop by and spend time here you will find what u need or if they don’t have in store they will be happy to order for you or guide you to store which would have your item .

I like to go to lowes because everything is clean all the time, I can find almost everything there, not too much people, employees are more friendly, some of the products are better quality than the other place( HD), 5% off with the lowes card all the time. very good for me.

This is my go-to store. Merchandise are well-organized. Store is clean.
Staff are helpful especially Brianna in Customer Service. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. 👍🙂

After having a sub- par experience @homedepot in Riverdale NJ my husband went to Lowe’s in Butler NJ
He was looking for outdoor lighting. He found two string lights on the shelf but needed more. He approached a gentleman in lighting ( unfortunately he didn’t get his name) He not only helped him with the the string lights but garden lighting as well. What a difference from the experience he had @homedepot. Thank you for giving us a reason to shop in store with employees like this and not just online!

Jay in deliveries went out of his way to help me and he was friendly and proficient . Jay made my day!

Your assistant manager, Scott in your Butler location should be given a raise and a promotion. Scott, kindly, respectively and promptly resolved an issue in 10 minutes that 10+ other contacts and customer service reps couldn't settle in close to a year. How refreshing when we just about threw in the towel on Loews. Thanks Scott! We will get you that box of chocolates as promised : )

I'm always able to get exactly what I need for my home projects. The staff is courteous, friendly knowledge.
I can use the app to locate my items in store so when I get there I know where to find them.😊
I love visiting the garden center most of all. They always have the most beautiful plants and shrubs.
I'm looking forward to seeing their Halloween display.

Summer clearance sale of plants

I felt dizzy, not steady on my feet. The clerk in the plant department gave me a bottle of water and found a bucket for me to sit down and rest a minute.

Went to your comparison store not only could i not find what i was looking for, but i coild not find a person to help me. So i went the extra mile to Lowes. I walked in and found ANN. YOU HAVE A WINNER HERE. She walked right to the isle, and put the pice i was looking for in my hand. Can i tell you how pleased i was...Three chears for Ann.

When I was younger, I was definitely a Home Depot person...would not go anywhere else. But as I've gotten older, Lowes is my number one choice. Employees have always been friendly and willing to help out. Renting tools and their pickup truck is easy. I also like that they honor Veterans with a discount 365 days a year, just give them my phone number and show ID. Home Depot technically just gives it to Active or Retired, except on Veterans Day.

This place just goes above and beyond! I wanted to buy a grill that wasn't on display and right away help was there and we were asked what kind of car we had etc to make sure the box would fit. As it would happen the box didn't fit, which we knew, we just took it out if the box and put in the car. Just so happy we were in and out within 30 minutes on a busy Saturday afternoon but it was staffed so well and plenty on the checkout registers the line went down very quickly it surprised us since it was extra long because if the 6ft distancing. Very happy with our our grill!

I love this place. Always someone available to assist, always fully stocked, always good quality.
