Very professional customer service team. If they don’t have the item you looking for, they also recommend to see other store. With right instruction and advice I was able to find the item I was looking for without any problem.

I had the privilege of receiving outstanding customer service from Nicole at this Home Depot branch. She went above and beyond to help me find the supplies I needed to complete a crucial job and her dedication truly made my day.

What stood out most was Nicole's patience and her genuine commitment to ensuring the product i needed was in stock for pick up the very next day.

Best HD around. I was treated to exceptional service today by Jonathan and Kenny who teamed up to retrieve deep stock inventory for me while I waited. They used two types of forklifts to bring down 4 gallons of RV antifreeze for me. It was deep and they dug it out, displaying excellent team work and diligence to satisfy a loyal customer. Nice work guys! Thank you.

Five stars for Kasia at this home depot, I came in looking for a seasonal deal and the first employee I came up to was not the nicest and said they probably don’t have it in stock despite the website saying they did and myself seeing the item count decrease over the course of an hour. I then encountered Kasia and she went above and beyond in not only locating the items but also making sure they were the right ones for the deal

I must say, this is by far one of the best Home Depot’s in the state of New Jersey. Super clean, great staff!!! Vinny in Plumbing is a prime example of what makes Home Depot Great!

This is one of the best Home Depots out there! The plant section is gorgeous, literally 95% of all my plants are from this Home Depot.
This location doesn't just have healthy plants, but everything you'd possibly need with very good prices.
I highly recommend this location! 🛠

I've been going to a competitor because it's near my house. But the Home Depot blows the competition away! You need it they have it. Place was crowded and very busy. Just can't compare to the other guy.

This store is setup a bit different from my store but I received excellent customer service which is what matters at the end.

Rehabbing a house at East Rutherford and purchasing material got a French food the price was marked down from $697 to $500 and since was a truck load (4 or 5 carts) cashiers missed the correct amount and charged the full price . After few hours reviewing the the invoice realized the mistake and returned to the store and the lady at door department Evora with all the professionalism help me to the process to get at custumer service and talk with manager Seemq. That after 30 minutes been able to give me back the almost 200 credit.

I was just in the Clifton Home Depot looking to get an idea for my kitchen renovation and the Home Depot employee from that area gave me excellent information on what I need to do. She was so informative that I signed up to have a site analysis done to see what exactly I need to have my kitchen remodeled. She was so good that I left her having no questions left to asked. I would highly recommend Home Depot to anyone looking for home renovations. Thank you MB

As always, it was really nice. You almost can find anything you need to your project. The associates are very nice people. They always try to help you the best way they can.

My landlord told me that I would have to wait 2 weeks for their plumber to get back from his vacation, that I wouldn't be able to use the tub. When using the bathroom sink, the tub gurgled and water rose up from the drain. 3 days in and very disgusted I adventured to the Home Depot Plumbing dept and was directed to Kenny, this man is my hero. After explaining my dilemma he went right to the shelf and gave me a drain cleaner I've never heard of. He said it's#1. I did exactly what he told me and not only did I have fantastic results but the water now creates a whirlpool when going down the drain. Kenny has my best interest, an extremely knowledgeable gentleman who solved my issue. Being a tenant has its moments but Kenny truly made a rotten situation have a silver lining.

Well Remy sure was loved at Home Depot ! I attempted to enter another HD & they wouldn’t allow my pup in. So I took myself to Clifton. We had a warm welcome & proceeded to carry on with the business we came in to take care of. We picked up the dual smoke & carbon detectors and fire extinguisher 🔥 worked out well! It was a busy day at Home Depot but people loved to see my happy puppy walking around ( some weren’t lol) but that’s ok too! There were a few very helpful workers which I appreciated ! Thank you 🐶😊

In November, my partner and I came in to purchase a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. A daunting task. But Sonya made it easy. She was helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and funny. Sonya made sure we understood what to do, what to look for, and the entire process. She went above and beyond to explain it all to us, as it was our first major appliance purchase for our new home. You can tell that the information she provided was due to her genuinely caring about the customer. She was wonderful. Thank you Sonya for all your help!!

Then the day of delivery finally came. The two gentleman who delivered the dishwasher and then installed the washer/dryer were wonderful. They was very nice and extremely helpful. They helped to remove the door to get the equipment in and helped to put the door back on (I could not lift it myself). The installation and removal of old equipment did not take long. And they tested everything.

Great Store. Sometimes, it's hard to find someone to help me, but within a few minutes, I find someone to help me. The store is fully equipped. Never could not find what I was looking for.
