Hannaford

Absolutely hands down the best customer service ever! I have been in this Hannaford looking for something and; this has happened more than once, an employee will come over and ask me how I am and if I need help in finding anything! Where else does that happen these days? Especially in a supermarket!

The food is always fresh and top-notch!

We shop here absolutely all the time. It’s good, quality food, fresh and reliable. The place is clean and well kept, the staff helpful and knowledgeable. It’s pretty much the only supermarket we use since moving here at the beginning of 2021. I tried a few others and was never impressed. Even the online ordering is great, the shoppers almost always pick out good stuff. A few times I got a less than stellar product. I called them and they ran a replacement out to me within an hour or so. Highly recommend!

I have been shopping there for 16 years, Everyone is friendly and helpful. It's very clean and is always stocked with you need.

Great place to explore new (at least to me) groceries. The place is a smooth operation. I used to be grocery worker so I notice things happening in the store. The management and employees are top notch. Great selection of prepared food at reasonable prices. One minus I have not noticed halloumi. The best cheese needs a place in Hannafords it does not have to be imported

Always clean friendly staff and always has what I need and also always has the non dairy ice cream I love

I actually didn't get to eat there, this time, because my dinner companion was unable to show. But I do have to tell you the hostess was so cute she tried to console me and tell me how beautiful I looked. She was so sweet.

My most favourite grocery store in Middletown NY. Great selection and variety of products, fresh foods.

Wonderful store to shop in. The staff is always willing to help and friendly upon entering and exiting.

Their produce and meat products are some of the best in the area, compared to Walmart, Aldi, Price Chopper, and ShopRite.

Their deals are comparable to the other local stores, if not better sometimes!

Their store-made Swiss rolls are to die for! I highly recommend trying them!

I've shopped at Hannaford since living in Maine. 2% savings on store brands, often bumped up, special discounts from time to time when shopping reaches certain totals. I'm so glad to find a full size store again after the micro Wappingers Falls address.

Why you ask,we'll they have the best prices in town,buy from local area farms,support the community in different events and donations to local food banks and Salvation army and they support my rabbit rescue and like how my bunnies are certified as therapy bunnies and go help people, and all the employee's are wonderful and helpful, finally the one thing I also like is they don't ask you to join a club to get a lower price, because they are already low and treat all as one big family ,they will not take your info and sell it to tell a marketers

Good produce section with organic choices, however I couldn’t find fresh ginger root. Has a decent selection of organic meats. Moderate prices. Self check out for 14 items or less is a real plus if you need to get in and out quickly. Nice floral section.

Wonderful shopping experience. Have been shopping there for over 2 years now, staff is always friendly and helpful, cashiers are super pleasant and very approachable. Lots of fresh selections, from a large produce and bakery, to hot food and freshly cut cold cuts and meats. Great group.

It's always clean, employees are helpful, knowledgeable. Vegetable area well stocked. Pastry area very tempting, if you like/love sweets. I enjoy shopping at Hannaford, which is very close to my complex.

Excellent, love this store. Everything is logically laid out, fresh, quick in and out. Bought steaks and lamb chops which were awesome. Will be back. Prices are right. Way better than whole foods!

Besides being the closest grocery store to the house, it is always clean, well lit and in good order. All perishible items are displayed and kept in a sanitary and temperature controlled manner. Also, the have the best pharmacy staff around.

They have upgraded the store. Some foods have shifted location but the signage is up and the store looks lovely. The store has very good product selection, though their prepared vegan selections are more limited. They have improved their organic produce section a great deal. In the long run they have a multitude of products to choose from.

Overall my favorite local grocery store. Only thing I wish is that there aren't soooo many in aisle displays, I'm legally blind and navigation around so many shippers, coolers, racks, etc on the floor in front of the products I want, that are unrelated to these stackouts, is near impossible and frustrating. Most of the employees are AMAZING when I come in and shop, offering to help me find something in the aisle I'm in, gently guiding me around obstacles, etc. The store is always clean, lines go quickly even the week of Christmas, and they are the best stocked store in the area given all of the shortages lately. Still giving 5 stars because the Excellent outweighs the one negative, please of courtesy for your visually impaird shoppers, not just the low mobility shoppers. Thank you and happy holidays.
