The associate who helped me was named Jake. As a customer service worker myself I greatly appreciated the non-confronting approach he had to assisting me and thought that was very considerate and friendly. He found me the right game. He got me the membership too! I never write reviews but I think he deserves a shout-out.

Staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Very cheerful and good conversation and very honest opinions about games and products. always helpful when I'm selling a product and try and get me the best deal for it same for when I'm trying to buy a product they're very helpful and try and get me the best deal. Very clean store very organized can always count on this to be the best GameStop experience.

This was an amazing experience had a good time chatting about games and such had fun highly recommended parking is good now employees are helpful and very nice.

I bought a PS5 today at this location. The young lady that helped was super patient and really gave me great customer service.

I love video games and that is what they have. Customer Service doesn't mean anything to me in a video game store. Walk in buy my $#!t and leave. The man the myth the legend known as Bruce is l such...been at this location for years and keeps the snowflake gamers in check and has vast gaming knowledge.

I always go to the location on South 27th Street across from Walmart these employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. I don't play video games so when I'm there I'm purchasing for my son they've always been very helpful to me. The only thing I don't like is the parking lot is really small not easy to maneuver in

I've avoided this store because of a series of bad experiences but I decided to give it a shot to see if I could snag an SNES Classic on launch day. As soon as the store opener arrived she was offering coffee, donuts and sandwiches to everyone waiting in line, that's the kind of service that earns your store 5 stars in my book. The floor layout of this store is very nice, it makes it easy to walk around and browse throughout the store(unlike some other gamestops). The staff is very helpful and friendly, unless your name is **** or **** 😘. As for the bad parking people are talking about, you could try the huge vacant lot across 27th between Walgreen's and Marcus theatre or park on 26th if the gamestop lot is full 😅.

Not your average game stop, i came in aith a bunch of games to trade, Actually got a fair price for them and on top of it boss man behind the counter gave us awesome advice on classics like "RAYMAN" and many others. Great spot. Game stop.

Took my adult son there he got a membership there for His Play Station game. Lots of nice used & New games, I went inside, the store is clean, the worker are NICE.

When the Bruce is loose most people just can't handle the truth. Love this store and the employees are very knowledgeable.

Whenever I am going to buy a game, I go to this Gamestop. It has great customer service and the people really know what games are good or bad if you ask for a recommendation. I would recommend going to this one if anyone is in need of a good game

The girl working there helped me out right away. When they didnt have one of the games I wanted, she was on point to find out who has it and how I can get it.
