OMG I love this place North Hamilton Rd is awesome great staff they always go the extra mile to help me.

Jason was incredibly helpful and gave me several options to fix my issue. Definitely knows his stuff.

This guy was running the store alone and did a great job. Took the time while helping people in the store as well as installing someone's battery to come over and help me put my wiper blades on. Excellent service. Highly recommend this kind of service.

Corey from AA went ABOVE and BEYOND the service needed. I went in with an issue that was not caused by AA and he recommended the proper action needed to correct it. It does not stop there, I asked if this was something I could do on my own and he said "I was gonna help you do it right now". He didn't help, he did it all himself while it was pretty windy and chilly outside. Thanks again for your help Corey. We need more people you like you out here in this crazy world we live in!

They let me drop off my used motor oil and have good deals on things I need most such as oil, fuel injector cleaner, batteries etc...

I just had one of the most amazing customer experiences! I am embarrassed to say, I accidentally pulled off my front bumper this morning…ugh! I managed to pop it back on but there was still one little corner sticking out (because I’d broken the hole for the bolt). I also realized I’d ripped out all my fender clips so that’s why I paid a visit to Advance AP. Not only did the sweet gentleman find me the right replacement clips, he also installed them for me AND he fixed the corner of my bumper!!! I am absolutely blown away by the amazing customer service I received tonight and will definitely be back to Advance Auto Parts in the future! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! I am beyond appreciative!!

My battery died and they had my replacement in stock. Brad was helpful and knowledgeable. Changed it for me right there in the parking lot. Stopped in before work, and in 15 minutes I was back on the road. Great experience! Definitely my first stop for my automotive needs.

The staff here is excellent. The part that I requested wasn't in stock but they quickly gave me a set time to when it would be in, and ordered it for me. There's always deals on everything and as if that wasn't good enough, they're fully flexible with commercial accounts. Highly recommend and especially this location because the team went above and beyond for me! Thanks again!

Great Staff! I went in and had NO idea what was wrong with my car. George helped me find out what was wrong with my car, got the part, and replaced all in less than 30 minutes. Alex was also helpful in getting my hood open because the lever wasn't working. Overall great experience!

I have had nothing but the absolute best service from this particular Advance. The managers and staff have always greeted me by name and always notified me when a particular brand is cheaper/better quality. They are always very knowledgeable when it comes to parts more so than just phone jockey's.

This is one of the best Advance locations in town. Very nice employees who go the extra mile to help out the customer. They respect your time and if they don't have a part in stock, they get it there fast. Good customer service is hard to find, but at this location you will never find an unhelpful or rude employee.

I came into get license plate lightbulbs and was helped quickly and professionally. Then I attempted to change the lightbulbs in the parking lot but one of the bulbs wouldn’t budge. Finally, I went into the store and Ben went above and beyond and pulled the light bulb with small flathead screwdriver in about 3 minutes. Ben was very patient and helpful. After that I was able to remove the other lightbulb and install the new ones. The lights look great and I was taken care of like family. I am thankful for Ben!

Walked out and immediately dropped the spray bottle I bought and broke the entire top part. They were very nice and let me exchange it for a new one, no questions asked.
