First time using the app to order ahead. Great not having to wait in that line. Placed a special order and found a new favorite!

New Albany east. Starbucks is by far my fave Starbucks. They always make my drink perfectly, and I'm kind of annoying with my order. Always out of there fast. Staff is always really friendly. Venti iced Sugar free cinnamon dolce Latte with 2 Extra pumps and 8 splenda. Annoying order....😆

Went through the drive-thru, line was long but moved quickly. Drive thru cashier could have been a bit more cheerful, not even a smile and only told me what I owed. Was given 3 of my items then waited for my fourth without him saying it would be ready in a minute just had to "guess" it was not ready.

Chrissy is my favorite I wasn't sure what I want this morning and she made me this beautiful frap that was fully of caffeine but not overwhelming bitter or sweet. She's literally iconic

Drive thru was quick, employees were nice.

They were busy first thing this morning. Luckily, more employees arrived while I was waiting on my drinks. Thank you for always being diligent and giving customers wonderful drinks and food.
The app said the store I went to didn't have blueberries, and when I asked, they just gave them to me.
I hope the employees' day goes well even if it is a busy day.

They have never messed up one of my in app purchases, which I have had problems with at other stores. I love the energy here!

This place is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to, due to their high quality staff. I have been to plenty of Starbucks across town due to nature of my work and felt my opinion of this place may help other people as well. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Granted, some people complained (reading the reviews) about the time it takes to get their drinks and sometimes the quality of their drinks. However this is how Starbucks is modeled; an experience to remember and not a fast food chain considering you as a number and how short you are worth serving with minimum quality. If you come in the rush hour then you should expect delays and very few times accidental mixing up the orders. But people here; regardless of their personal life/issues, always greet you with smile and provide their best possible. Also, regarding quality of the drinks, I have witnessed how some times customers make a mistake on their orders and try to blame it on the baristas to get a drink that they once tried and can't remember any thing about. Even then, the staff works with them to get them their drinks and even some compensation!

Always fast and pleasant experience

Updating my prior review as I’ve found that I’ve had a better experience. There’s still times where the drive thru is backed up but it’s understandable as everyone needs their coffee in the morning/mid day. I haven’t had any order issues either.

Friendly service and good drinks. I told the barista that I have a sugar sensitivity and she went over all of the drinks that don’t have added sugar. Even though there was a line behind me she didn’t sound rushed or impatient.

Clean little Starbucks with an almost non-existent outdoor seating area, and very limited parking. All the same, great coffee and great staff.

I love their dragon drink🐉 They really care about customer service and are very friendly, courteous and professional. Even my girlfriend goes out of her way to go to this location than the one closer to us because of their outstanding service.

This is my go-to Starbucks, closest in my area. The people that work here are the friendliest and most dedicated folks. I feel like a friend when I walk in! Some of them are even fellow plant people like me, which is always a fun topic for discussion. I digress, today's reason for leaving a review was on account that I was daydreaming and left without the bacon and gruyere sous vide egg bites I ordered. I normally only get coffee (a doppio or capp extra dry w/an extra shot; both always amazing if I may add), but today when talking to "PB", she suggested the aforementioned bites. I took the suggestion as they looked great, got my drink, and left without getting my bites (my fault, I was on autopilot). I realized I left them, returned to get them and "PB" made me new ones even after I insisted I would gladly take the ones that I left. I offered to have them charge me for another set since I was the vapid one who left the originals, but not only did she make new ones, but she also let me take the other ones. If this isn't the epitome of what great customer service is, then I don't know what it would be otherwise. I will be a dedicated customer to this location as long as I live here (though I already was). Thanks for the friendly help and assistance, it really made my day.

No matter what time of day I come into the New Albany location each employee creates a excellent and miraculous experience for me. I am always greeted with so much joy and delight by each one of your employees, they are truly a DreamTeam ! Each employee is very knowledgeable about the menu items and they always provide me clear details of the individual ingredients.

Today when I came into the store, I was thoroughly impressed by the warm and personal cashier. He was able to take my order in a very efficient and quick manner and encourage me to enjoy my day. That is astounding, and these qualities are duplicated in each and every employee I have encountered.

I also was inspired today on the brand marketing strategies Joseph used to promote the Nitro Cold Brew. Two lovely employees displayed very neat sample trays of the Nitro Cold Brew and also two pastry samples. The customers appeared to be very impressed and satisfied with this excellent level of customer service. I also noted, that each employee was well informed on the properties of the Nitro Cold Brew, this created a seamless experience for me. I encourage you to try one!

Lastly, I wanted to mention that Joseph is an absolutely excellent manager. He always makes sure his employees are working to the best of their ability, and he sets the tone of the excellent customer service I receive. I am always excited when I get to visit the store, and my expectations are always exceedingly and abundantly above all I would hope, dream, or imagine a Starbucks should be !

We were thrilled to catch them on a day open! They made my day with lemon cake. So friendly and fast :)

Good place in New Albany to chill with friends on a weekend. Coffee is good.

Store should hire some stuff to keep the cafe clean. Overall had good time and would visit again.
