Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This was one of the best ones I have ever been to, and the staff was incredibly friendly. It was nice, especially because I came from the hospital after going through testing all morning, and the staff smiling at you and having fun just really helped!! Thank you, Tropical Smoothie!

This was the first time for me to eat here. I had the Thai chicken wrap. It was very good! The staff was very friendly and helpful explaining the menu. The price was also quite affordable. I would definitely go back here again if I am in this neighborhood.

This is THE BEST tropical smoothie cafe! I've tried different locations around Columbus and other states as well, this one is by far the best! The people running this store know what they're doing and have customer experience and customer satisfaction as their number 1 priority! Food is made to perfection everytime and the staff is great.

I Love Tropical Smoothie. My favorite smoothie is the Pomegranate Plunge I order 2 of them for myself when I do go there. And get one for like my son and his friend if they are here too.

Great food with fast service. Clean location with highly engaged staff. Watch the calories in this place though, they build up quickly (altough, deliciously).

I’m impressed with how good their food is here for being a smoothie shop. I come here often to get the Caribbean jerk wrap and a smoothie. Both are really good. The place is clean, including the bathrooms. The prices are reasonable. I love having reliable spots like this nearby.

A little bit of a wait each time, but worth it! Pretty big smoothies for such a good price! Quality is amazing and workers are always nice (it makes my day when they draw smiley faces or hearts on my cup 🥺). The food is also very delicious! I always use the drive-thru, usually, on my way to work in the mornings, and have not had any complaints!

Donell is amazing. He was so patient and saved the day when we forgot our chips. He ran out in the cold to get them to our car before we left. My niece and nephew were so thankful! He went above and beyond the call. They also love the edible straws.

Great staff working! One of the ladies went out her way to help me with the menu since it was my first time. Really appreciated the hospitality! The smoothie they recommended was great!

I just want to give a shoutout to Kelly. There are so many young food workers (not tropical smoothie) that don't care at all about customer service or how people are treated, but she went above and beyond. So sweet, professional, and made sure the entire team was keeping up with the busy flow of traffic.

I'm obsessed with their smoothies not gonna lie. Its super cool to have a clean, green place to have a good smoothie during the end of summer! And its cool that all of their options work well with my vegetarian lifestyle ^u^

I am not a smoothie guy, but was forced to go here by my teen. I won't admit it to her but will to you, I love this place and glad she made me go... Great flavors and the food tastes quite fresh. I don't know if the food is pre-made/frozen or made to order but it tastes so good to me I don't care. Staff is helpful to new customers.

I didn’t even like smoothies before I discovered this place! I even tried one from Smoothie King the week before and said nope, I just don’t like them. My friend kept telling me to try Tropical Smoothie Cafe and told me their food was good too. I finally gave in and did it. Let me just tell you, my next 10 door dashes were from there. I’m obsessed with the Hurricane. Everything has been delicious every time. I now have everyone at work getting lunch and smoothies from there. If a couple days have gone by and we haven’t gotten a smoothie, someone brings it up! Can’t recommend enough!

My favorite place to get a smoothie. Great staff excellent service great smoothie flavors. My dogs like it to because they always get a treat.

First time eating at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and we really enjoyed the food and smoothies! Great variety of quick prep wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads, bowls, and salads. I picked the apple kale slaw for my side am happy that i did. Delicious! Prices were very reasonable for the portions and options that came with the meal. One final note, the smoothies were absolutely amazing, and just the right size.

The best staff hands down any place in the state I have experienced. Always friendly and genuine. They know there products well and have great suggestions. They are more like friends and family than staff. Thank you for making every visit enjoyable.

Fantastic place. Ingredients in the smoothie taste fresh. And we love the occasional peanut butter cup here. I don’t know how it tastes so good when it’s just banana, chocolate, and PB! Supported them throughout the pandemic and will continue to do so!

First, the smoothies are awesome and customizable, and they offer a great variety. Second, the food is great: fresh ingredients and delicious. Third, the staff is so friendly, fast and accurate! I'd give them 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

Love this location because it has a drive-thru, and the smoothies are delicious. I have a few favorites, but the Acai Berry Boost is what I typically order, and I'm never disappointed.

Cheaper than the competition, but way better. I love the Acai smoothie. They have an app you can earn free stuff with purchases. AND if you ask they'll either give you the extra they make( instead of throwing it away) in a cup or bring your own cup, depends on the location. It's like having the milk shake extras! Love them.
