Weekend morning shift is amazing. This place is like a well oiled machine every time I go. Long morning lines are always handled quickly and efficiently. The cashier is the best part, he was super friendly and positive. He definitely gets your morning started off right.

McDonald's is always great - staff is friendly. The newish interior design is blah, but that is a corporate issue.

The New Albany Road McDonald's is the only one I go to. Their fries are consistently delicious with the proper amount of salt. The staff are also nice and engaging, unlike the typical zombies at other fast food places. Certainly recommend this spot for an actual 'fast' food stop!

This McDonald's has exceptional breakfast service everytime I stop by. I'm greeted with smiling faces and patience- I don't feel rushed and it's still a quick experience. This is every time I've visited over the past 2 years between 7am-8am. Now thats a team 👏🏼

Great location and if they do mess up, which they did, it's always your order plus something didn't order. I couldn't turn back after I noticed, but the rest of my order was freshly in the bag.

I don't know what the deal is with this place, but they are the only location around that actually has great fries like McDonald's used to! This is the only location in the area I have found that has consistently hot and fresh food, correct orders, and pleasant employees. It shouldn't be that remarkable, but in today's market, it is. Thank you, NA staff! You somehow figured it out. Keep up the good work!

The gentleman accepting payment at the first window is awesome. It is the second time I have went while he is working and he brings a smile to everyone in our car with his warm and fun personality. The line was fast for 7:15 in the morning, and everything was great.

I go through the drive thru for coffee and the occasional breakfast. The morning staff is seriously the nicest and efficient always. Special shout-out to John in the drive thru!

One of the better McDonald's I've been to. Always quick and friendly. Gets my order correct a majority of the time.

Don't eat McDonald's often, but was pleasantly greeted by the MANAGER right when I walked in. He proceeded my order and my son and I had our food in minutes (during lunch hour).
Manager even have my son an extra Happy meal toy.
Tables were clean, food was hot,; everything a notable contrast to the other reviewers' experiences.

In and out. The lady Zoe was fast friendly i had orderd food she asked me to pull forward and knowing I hadnt orderd a drink offered a glass of water. Temperture was hot and of cour see e I said yes and thanked her for her concearn. She auotes saying. Get. What you. Want. When you want it with a smile. But her heart. Tells more

All good. Got my order right. Had to come to the store cuz the one in Hamilton road only accepted cash

For the New Albany, Ohio location (drive-thru) - the staff is polite and courteous. I have never had an order incorrect at any time that I go there.
