Kroger

I made an order blunder for my company by ordering 200 pieces of chicken and 200 cookies with Wayne, but driving to Woodman. I felt so SO terrible, but Wayne and Woodman were both so accommodating and reassured me that I can cancel my Wayne order, as they would use the items for other customers. Thank you so much for your understanding! Next time, I'll be sure to confirm!! Whoever the lady was that handled my call is amazing!

Clean store. It's a compact Kroger, not the superstore, but the stock is overflowing. Excellent in-store bakery.
Check out wasn't so nice, only ONE checkout person when I was ready so it took far too long to get out.
But I like the place.

Cashier was very nice. The parking lot may be difficult for folks in a wheelchair. It sits on a very steep slope.

I go there every month it's kind of high but it's close and convenient and it's in walking distance

DBK - Close to home, has the essentials, always something interesting going on here. Come for the stuff you forgot to buy at a better Kroger but stay for the cozy sketchy vibes. 10/10 would recommend. Worried about shopping here cause its sketchy? Don't worry - they took up 4 spots in the parking lot with cameras and flashing police lights. Staff is overwhelmed constantly but has always been kind.

Very Nice ; indeed worker ( all ) I saw or interacted with we're kind and very helpful and I'm in a electric wheelchair, didn't know that Kroger's, Wayne Ave. Had small baskets for shopping and one of your lady clerks ask me did I need one ?, and went got me one...so helpful the lady clerk,made my shopping very pleasant... And all made my cold rainy day better... Thanks Kroger

I go there more often then I care to admit. But it's a convenient store and I know where my things are. The prices rarely ever change. And I have never had food poisoning no matter how shady it looks from the outside. The people are always either friendly or know what their doing, sometimes both. The bakery is always delicious, as good as some upscale Kroger's I've been to and the produce has never been rotten or not good.

I have frequented this Kroger for over 17 years. It is the best little grocery store around, hands down. Outstanding customer service. Great selection, great produce, great deli and meat departments. They have long term employees who are friendly and good at their jobs. They don't force you into a BS "self-checkout" when it's convenient for them. What the store lacks in modern design and grocery store bells and whistles, it makes up for in the areas that, you know, actually matter. Don't believe the bad reviews. Wayne Ave Kroger is a gem.

Kroger is just my favorite store to shop. right now i have no complaints the store is clean the employees are always very nice. I just feel right at home when I shop here.

For a small inner-city supermarket, the store has a wide variety of merchandise. I was recently in Upper Arlington near Columbus looking for REAL Extra-virgin olive oil. They only had blends and nothing extra virgin. I was sorely disappointed that they Kroger marketplace was so poorly stocked. Lo and behold the store had plenty of olive oil and many other specialty items to make a meal that I wanted to prepare. The produce is typically in excellent condition. The cashiers and customer service people are very nice. Since I don’t live near here, I’m always asking where things are and the staff help me find anything I need.

Both neighborhood people and local restaurants depend on this place.. Not as big a selection but it's friendly and nearby with most everything you could want in a medium size grocery store.. The same good produce available at all Kroger's.. salad bar, deli , bakery and reasonably priced commodities.

Wayne store is really old but has fabulous discounted wine and varies discontinued items.

Always everything you need available

You can always find a bargain there and the staff is sooooo friendly. That makes the shopping experience all the more better. You have to give them respect in order to receive respect. They are good people, really. Love them. 👍

Very good staff keep the place clean and are extra helpful when I'm searching for anything. It is a neighbourhood-size store, not their biggest. A Walgreen's across the street has non-perishable items you might not find at this Kroger's. Many organic food items here.

Best Kroger experience I have ever had. I have been here multiple times. Each time I come, the people go out of their way to help me. They are very pleasant and the prices are more than reasonable. I plan to make this my main Kroger.
