AT&T Store

The guys ( Ian and Leo) who work here are great. Knowledgeable friendly and service oriented. They always look for ways to save me money on my phones and devices. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have been a happy customer of AT&T for more than 25 years and gladly coming to this Westwood location for all of those years.

Leo was fantastic and so friendly. He had me in and out with my new phone within an hour. The experience was great, I have been going to this AT&T for years.

Ian and Leo were immensely helpful during my iPhone upgrade; they were very polite and their expertise was invaluable concerning the promotions available to me

The manager took care of us. I was getting a phone for my 9yr old and he was very helpful. He set everything up for us on our plan, made recommendations for insurance, covers for the phone, etc... answered all questions. Super nice and patient. Very helpful!

I had such a good experience with them! Everyone was super helpful and kind. Leo was the one who assisted in getting me a new phone; he was honest, and he pointed me in the right direction for a phone that would work best for me. I didn’t personally speak much with the other employees, but they all seemed pleasant and willing to lend a hand however needed. Would recommend this place to all friends and family!

The Westwood, New Jersey store has been our go to since it opened, maybe 20 years ago. We have always had great service.We called ahead this time, and they were busy, so we went later in the day. There were 3 store reps, so we didn't have to wait long. Even with the change in ownership, maybe 5-8 years ago, the service has still been great. All the sales reps are very friendly. They are also knowledgeable, professional ,and always pleasant, and patient, and go above and beyond to meet customer needs.

Great experience. They had the patience to research and explain and in turn we would up buying 2 new phones and also reduced our monthly costs. Mike was great. Easy going, good sense of humor and had patience to explain to me numerous times the costs associated with certain purchase decisions.

I despise going to my local AT&T in Nanuet NY, and for that reason I drove further to this location to give them a try. Atmosphere was great, didn’t feel pressured to buy a million things, both Leo and Dave were friendly. I will go out of my way to drive to the store if I need anything again. They made upgrading my phone a painless visit, as it should be! Thank You guys!

Leo was great. Patiently and expertly guided me through the process of getting a new phone and taking advantage of any discounts to which I was entitled. Use this store and service instead of the Apple Store! Everyone is so helpful to anyone who walks in!
