FIRST TIME COMING TO MICHAELS. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. HAD SO MANY THINGS TO SEE AND LOOK THROUGH. NEVER KNEW THERE WERE SO MANY HOBBYIES AND CRAFTS YOU COULD DO. BUT MICHAELS HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. GREAT TO FIND EVERYTHING IN ONE STORE. AND EMPLOYEES ARE VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. ID SURE RECOMMEND GOING TO MICHAELS. THIS IS ONE OF MY PROJECTS IM JUST STARTING OUT.

First off I want to give a big big thank you to Shelley
for all her help and Hardwork going above and beyond for the customers. I really appreciate the fact that I was able to come in here a few times this week and I was able to find Shelly she was familiar with what I wanted and the idea I was going for made my experience shopping here very pleasant. Thank you Michaels great staffing choice.

GREAT PLACE! RECOMMENDED!

First, I'm sure most already know what this place is about; but even then, you'll still be short on the YUGE variety of items and possibilities!

Layout: This place is packed with all that's needed for crafts, school projects, art, and even decorating and face painting. Each aisle is full of options, compartmentalized into sections depending on type of craft. The rear section has the picture frames & custom frame counters.

Price: It depends on the quality you're looking for. Yes, WM and maybe other places might have some items for a bit less, but low quality items MAY NOT last or perform at the level you expect or need (been there). When it comes to brushes & stencils, Michaels has different qualities and many styles, at the best prices overall. LOOK OUT FOR THEIR BOGO OR 30-50% OFF DEALS. Sign up for their rewards program.

Service: Unlike other places where workers act snobby or want to be left alone (see WM, BB, Dollar Stores, etc), I've always received helpful and friendly assistance at all four locations I've visited. No rude tone, attitude looks, and no 'I only make MW so you figure it out' uncomfortable situations. It's always been courteous and timely help.

Final thoughts: I'm not the artist or creative type, but seeing all that's avail here truly piqued my interest & my desire to make new and unique pieces.
Once you understand their sales schedule and point system, it's even more worth it.

Excellent customer service. I wish I would have got the representative name that went above and beyond to help me. He was a slim tall gentleman working in the Christmas season area but the customer service was really good and the cashiers were really friendly

THIS MICHEALS STORE IS THE BEST ONE TO SHOP. IT IEASY TO FIND ITEMS AND A great Place to Work. It has been my favorite store for many years.

Good place to go when you want to get creative or for an art project.... every time I'm here, I spend more than I intended to. This particular Michael's had a few of the supplies sold out, but still had what I was looking for.

Clean store... well stocked. Employees are very helpful. The sales are usually very good. I like to buy the decorated boxes when they are on sale from 40 to 75 percent off. I am an artist so I also buy my art supplies. Restrooms are always clean.

The question for you at Michael's is, "What Will You Make Today?". You have so many choices! They also offer classes on a wide variety of craft and art (ask for their scheduling).

The area for this Michael's is very good for a lot of reasons. Knott's Berry Farm and other entertainment favorites are nearby. There are so many restaurants, shops, stores and a huge Mall all nearby. Also there is a Pet Smart with cat adoption right nextdoor.

Have fun while your young and if you're not young, have fun anyway!

I went in to get a large picture framed for my uncle's memorial service and Ryan was amazing! He went over everything in great detail, showed me different options and really listened to what I was looking for. It was a great experience and I'll be going to Michael's off La Palma if I need any future photo assistance! Thanks again Ryan!

Love the place I go they are mostly for my paint brushes and paint most of the time I find what I’m looking for, but not all the time

Good prices and place to pick up all your craft needs. I was able to get some Valentine decorations for 40% off along with a gingerbread cookie decoration kit for a dollar! Friendly staff and no lines.

Always a fun trip to come here. Love everything about this store. We were able to get all of the games for the kids for our White Elephant party. Everyone here is so nice and friendly.

When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and handed an ad with sale information. I asked the employee what I was looking for, a model jet; and he happily pointed me in the direction to the plastic model kits. I found the product quickly.

Literally my favorite store ever. Im a huge DIY person and shopping here helps me get things done and make money for myself off my crafts. Michaels app is easy to navigate and helps show me the isle my item is on to get me in and out of the store quickly. I could spend a fortune here but with the sales snd vouchers its easy to save. This particular store is always organized and has great employees who are super helpful. Plus they tolerate and are very kind to my noisy toddler who isn’t always pleasant while in the store.
