Service is always great and I love the sales for good hand sanitizers! They last a good while but I go through them because I love the smell of the essential oils in them. I try to get about ten every time because my classmates always ask for some. The smell lasts and it’s very therapeutic for me.

It is located at the Buena Park Mall, but don't let that discourage you. The location always has a great selection and a helpful staff. It is one of my favorite locations.

Today my daughter and I got two deals; buy 3 get two free and buy two get 1 free. Overall the shop was very aromatic. It was both clean and the workers were very helpful with what smells they recommend. I will definitely recommend it two my friends; extremely good deals for good aromas.

For a person who is not very tech savy and not familiar with English, there was a cashier there on 4/29/23 around 10am who was very friendly and understanding. She helped me with coupons on the app and was very patient to explain everything to me. She made my day and had the best service i ever experienced at Bath & Body Works. I dont remember her name, but wanted to leave this review. She deserves more than 5 stars.

The staff here is amazing! I once even bought a drink tumbler for an especially nice clerk one day. She was overjoyed!
I love Bath and Body, aromatherapy is so important in my life and they have fantastic quality fragrances, lotions, sanitizers, and candles.

My favorite soap and candle store. Always new and fresh for each season. Also many sales. I spend too much money here. Gifts for family and friends come from Bath and Body works. The candles are amazing and give me such comfort. This is a feel good store. Every employee is so friendly and helpful. Thus makes for a pleasant shopping experience.

All the employees there are very nice. Especially the girls greeting at the door. Whole store always fully stocked.

The staff was super helpful and pleasant! I've been ordering only online for almost 3 years now but EVERY single time something comes shattered or broken and leaking but I don't like going into the stores..but this visit changed that so I'm gonna be spending my money at this store to boost sales instead of the hundreds I give to the company directly.

Store is clean and organized. I love the fact they have a sink where you can try foam soaps. Employees were nice and knowledgeable in their products.

Just love this store and all their products! I had to return some and even without the receipt, I had no problem. I just exchanged it for something else. They will also call around to other locations for you if they are out of stock on something you want. Great little shop!

This store has hand sanitizers to candles to skin care products. This store is good when your your skin is not cared for and you need to buy skin care or when you want a candle so your house could smell better, they also have many types of candles.
