Even though it's been years (90's) I still feel like a kid when I walk in. Won several Monopoly coupons.

I prank called this place and said "my friend got killed by the grimace shake" and he said " I'm so sorry, when's the funeral?" If he's reading this, what a guy.

A good, friendly McDonald's that I think its the best in the region.

The service was great. Unfortunately my kids kept changing their minds about what they wanted (after I ordered). The manager TOM was super patient and very helpful. The other staff members were nice as well. Nice quiet & clean.

Ordered food about 10 minutes before closing time. It was still hot and fresh and very good. Regularly go here over other locations.

You can tell this establishment is well run. I recently saw the Owner /Operator cleaning tables, sweeping and making sure his workers were taken care of. Kudos to the owner, and the Management team for modeling what they expect from their staff.

Update 5/29/2022: Went here yesterday after work at about 7:00PM to purchase a medium chocolate shake. I went inside, as inside usually is better for me because i don't have to reach for anything. I was helped right away, and ordered a medium chocolate shake and a mcchicken sandwich with small fries. the total was $8.09. Not bad. Also the food was ready right away! perfect for fast food service! Will be back again if i have a chocolate shake craving!
Been here pre Covid and post COVID, for the most part, i had a good experience here. Went here yesterday to pick up a medium Shamrock Shake, and a small fries. This time i went inside, because it is easier. Something to bear in mind is that their drive through is always busy, and sometimes it is better to go inside. Went inside, was helped right away, i gave them my order and it was ready as soon as i placed it! easy and fun experience, will be back for another shamrock shake soon!

Crew is very friendly and accommodating to its regulars and new patrons! It’s the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in and there have been a lot over the last 39 years! The management takes ownership in the way that they create a family like atmosphere and the owners are just wonderful people to talk with and joke around! This Mickey D’s is the best!

The owner is very friendly hes always at the register and always says polite things to people. And the staff is very fast.

The Employees at drive thru, are quick fast patient and listens. Kudos 👏 💐 🥳 to their trainers and Managers.

This McDonald's in Monroe NY is the best. Kind service from all in the drive through and your never missing any items. I work in Monroe and live in Montgomery NY. I would ALWAYS prefer to go to this McDonald's instead because they are sooooooo much nicer, professional and give care to your food ordered. It matters always.

I pulled in tonight and didn't realize this McDonald's was being remodeled. I was traveling in my flatbed truck and knew it would be a tight fit but i was starving!! So as i sat there pondering to myself if i should even attempt this tight squeeze, a woman walked over to my truck and asked me if i needed help. I told her my situation and she thanked me for not trying to fit in the drive-through, because the inside was closed for construction. She then asked me what i would like to eat, so i told her my order, she walked back across the whole parking lot, then a few minutes later was back with my food! She refused my money , which totally caught me off guard, and then thanked me again for my patience. Come to find out, this professional, courteous, and the nicest person I've dealt with in a long time was actually the Owner of this McDonald's!! I can honestly see how much this woman cares for people and her company and i will 100 percent tell everyone i know this story, because you just dont see this type of customer service anymore in today's world. Thank you Mam, you are full of class and it was so greatly appreciated!!

As an Uber delivery driver, I am in this location often, and make purchases for myself as well. This store has good, attentive, competent managers (I think the older white male is the General Manager, and he is on top of everything) and the staff is polite, friendly, knowledgeable, clean and presentable, and overall good at their jobs. This is how I wish other McDonald's locations were nowadays.

Newly renovated and fast service. The drive up moves real quick. Staff is courteous

Been going here since i was very young, and currently work here too.
Food is amazing, prices are the best around. Whole restaurant is always clean and inviting. Service is quick, and if it was to take longer than expected they will immediately led you know.
Very well managed store, highly recommend visiting.
