Publix Super Market at Higate Square

Besides the people parking illegally and blocking incoming traffic as well as no security guard available to reprimand these people parked and blocking other cars and waiting for there, friends or family to come out of Publix. This place has a lot of interesting shops and restaurants that's worth the visit.

Since then, publix as a whole has improved 😋

Went to Publix on 10/18/23 and Jose from the deli helped us out. Service was exceptional and he crafted an incredible sub. Probably one of the best pub subs I’ve ever had. Need to know the next time he’s on the schedule!

This Publix Super Market isn't the largest or most modern but it has proven to be exceptional in customer service. I've received great help (including one of the employees walking out of the store to ask me if I had found what I was looking for and then taking me to the right isle and handling the exchange, and others checking their app or going to the back for a product in separate occasions), making it a place where I want to shop. My respects to management and to some great employees! Always great service!

Pretty good I'd say. Bathrooms are always clean and everything is up to Publix's standards.

As always Publix staff will find what you need! My Bogo was it done deal! Also, I picked out the wrong item. That wasn’t a Bogo, & they gave it to me as a Bogo.

Friendly and professional staff. Management is helpful and willing to order items if they’ve been discontinued. Also, they have cute last minute gifts if you’re ever in need.

My experience in this Publix is always amazing specially now that I am pregnant. Fabio always help me with my bags. He is very nice and polite. Thank you Maria the manager for having a wonderful team.

The service is excellent. I went in to buy cat food, but ended with my hands full, a young man handed me a basket around the meat area. Didn't get his name, but such a degree of service is truly amazing. Congratulations to whomever does hiring and training.

Amazing place!!!! The cafe staff are amazing.

I love this place. Great hotel, better staff. I come for leisure and now business. The bellman staff with Omar, Miguel, Williams, Oswaldo, Luciano, José Arismendy and Melvin are awesome (best team)
Also at the restaurant starting for the captain Santo, Fanni, Frank, Ana and Maria were outstanding.

I will return in a week and I can say I feel part of the family.

Great food. Great Staff. Marisol was our waitress who makes this restaurant so special. We were a group of 14. Marisol was constantly checking to make sure we didn't need anything and making recommendations when we were not sure what to order. The flamenco group playing that night were great!!
