The only store in the area with my medicine in stock, and the evening staff, long story short, was tremendously helpful. So thankful!!

I was greeted and assisted with locating the items needed right away. Winderful customer service on a raining Friday morning.

Staff was very helpful but store isn't seen easily from rd or exactly how to get in parking lot...hate to say but will see Family Dollar and then Entrance for CVS

The pharmacy went above and beyond calling around to other pharmacies to help me find my rare medication. Thank you!

This store is hard to see and get into and there are tons of speed bumps in the parking lot to keep people from using this area as a shortcut to one of the other streets. I totally understand their purpose, but do find them annoying. So would people taken short cuts through the lot though. Once inside the store, it’s clean and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Will continue to shop there.

I had a photo sent in to be printed and I go hours later and told there is nothing in their system. So I then resend it and the woman who claims she is the supervisor tonight states that I’ll just have to wait when I know for a fact that you don’t have to wait. She could have very easily with the click of a button pull it up and print the photo out. I come to this location often and have never had an issue with the regular workers and I can tell you now that I sure as hell will not be coming back to this location due to the awful customer service from this woman who claims she is the supervisor. She needs a lesson in service and how providing it goes a long way! I will also be filing a better business bureau complaint so that the real manager has no choice but to reach out to me because this behavior is unacceptable.

Submitted refills for cardiac medication through their app 6 times over 5 days. I have mulitple confirmation emails. I also submitted through the automated phone tree. Then I called and spoke with someone.
When I called back again tonight they were extremely rude. She tells me it's not their fault my provider hasn't filled it, but then tells me they never submitted to the provider.
We are looking to switch pharmacies now. This has happened multiple times. Their app is useless, employees are unbelievably rude and careless.
People's medication is not a game. There is no reason to be rude AF when it's YOUR company that screwed up.

I just had a lady answer the phone and yelled at me and hung up on me. I was certain it was a mistake so I called back and the same lady yelled at me again and hung up on me. I understand if you are having issues with the phone, but I in NO WAY deserved that. It was shocking. She yelled, very rude. I recorded it.

If I could rate zero stars I would. The bathroom was a nightmare and the attitude of the employee that I notified about the bathroom was Apaulling!!! Her name is Linda.

Rude employees. They hate their job and their life!
