Sean was really helpful. He has a great selection of poly made furniture in stock, made by various builders. We didn’t feel pushed to buy, and we purchased some fine chairs. Will definitely go back for additional purchases!

Shaun was a pleasure to work with. He met my wife and I on a Saturday even though he had a busy day planned already. Showed us many options for a quality conversation set for our patio. Saved us about 60-70% off the cost of a new one - and this set looks practically new! Rather than spend the same money at Costco or Sam’s for a set of about 1/3 the quality that I would likely have to purchase again in less than 10 years, we got a bargain on a superior set that will last us much longer. Selection is huge!! Lots of new stuff as well. Delivery was available and very practical. Great local firm to deal with there in Imperial.

Great experience. Had just what we had been looking for for our patio. This is the nicest man. We bought the recycled plastic furniture, Amish made in Missouri. 20 year warranty. Glider loveseat, two glider-swivel chairs and two tables. Am very pleased with the quality. Highly recommended!

Shawn was very easy to work with and had a ton of hard to find tables and chairs. All are restored perfectly. We live in Kansas City and this is the largest selection we found. Would recommend.

Phase 2 Patio was a great surprise! What a great selection of the best high end patio furniture! We found some replacement pieces for our Hanamint set that had been discontinued! So fortunate! Shaun is very knowledgeable, helpful, fair, and kind! It was extremely pleasurable doing business with him! We came all the way from Bloomington, Illinois to visit phase 2 Patio and we are so happy that we made the six hour round-trip!

The best around! We were shopping for a new patio set all year and couldn't find the right one and other local sellers were impossible to work with... Shaun responded quickly, was available to show us his inventory on our schedule (we are an hour away), he takes the time to refinish his sets the right way (replacing all hardware), great prices and nice guy! I highly recommend keeping an eye on the website until the correct set comes along for you, although they go quick so be decisive. We were looking for a second set of cast aluminum furniture to complement our current 15 year old Hanamint set without breaking the bank. Luckily we stumbled on Phase 2 Patio during an internet search and were surprised by the pricing and selection.

Shaun met us at his facility early on a Saturday morning to look at his inventory. While there was a wide variety, we just couldn't find the right set. We showed Shaun a picture of our current set and he said he had the same model table in oval at his powder coater with six complementing chairs. We ended up getting that set at a much better price than "new" and completely refurbished.

Shaun has a brilliant business model; take something that lasts forever (cast aluminum), restore it, and sell it at a substantial discount over new.
