I got a great deal on a Dell. My current tablet was a joke. I saved $400. I paid an extra $100 for the most ram/memory I could get. The performance is amazingly fast.

My experience at Best Buy was amazing. I went in to get a radio installed and met a guy named Alfredo who was very kind, very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with my decision and my purchase. We set up an installment for my speakers, my radio and my back up camera . When I arrived at my appointment, Alfredo was there to greet me, and I met a guy named Will . Will was sweet and very knowledgeable as well . Him and Alfredo Work well together, and did an amazing job, these two guys are gonna be my go to from now on if you need anything done to your vehicle when it comes to car radio or any kind of installments these guys are the ones to look for best experience ever at Best Buy. Thanks guys. One happy customer !!!

The guy Chris was very professional extremely helpful and mostly he was kind and efficient he took care of me through the entire process even came in one day he's a good employee and a good at his job.

Just bought a new Iphone (15 Pro Max) directly from Verizon. Tim Bates (Pensacola, FL Location) helped me select a Phone Case and Screen Protector. He installed the protector and case for me......love that customer service!

Bought a Wahl brand Pro Series clipper online and picked up in store. The clipper was in stock and available for immediate pick-up at the Cordova Mall location. Easy online purchase and easy pick-up. I only took about 5 minutes of total time from leaving my car to getting back in. My item was ready at Customer Service with my name on it.

The product is also top quality. Having bought several clippers from other places, this is the best so far. It works well, and I will definitely purchase one again when this one finally goes. It came with more accessories, but I only kept the ones I need.

2023 Update - Bought a Shark Vacuum with buy on-line and pick-up in store. Transaction went smoothly, and vacuum works great. Assembled in about 5 minutes with no tools. Plugged in and went to cleanin'!

We checked online to make sure the item we wanted was available. When we got to the store we ended up speaking with Hakeem (sp?). He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and gentle to lead an older customer through the product options and purchasing process. We were in and out in record time, and are very happy with the purchase. Thank you again Hakeem for all the help.

Purchased the new MacBook Pro M3 16”. The staff was knowledgeable to a degree. Still best to do your research based on your specific needs before making a big purchase.
All in all, happy with the experience, primarily with the patience of the assisting staff during the decision making process.

You need to go by and let Brie in the computer department take care of your computing needs! She's soooo surprisingly awesome! She just sold my a new desktop and it's GREAT!!

Don't have to say much about Best buy it's definitely a grown-ups toy store so much I want in there I really have to use self-control when I go

The greeters at the door directed me to the correct area. Another employee took me to the exact item I was looking for. And the cashier was fast, friendly, and efficient. I am not a shopper, so this kind of service is exactly what I appreciate.

Actually I visited the Mall. Amy's Hallmark. TAI JI HANDS the massage place next to it. I have used them many times over the years. I had Paul. I ask for 20 minutes. I knew in 2 min. Paul knew what he was doing. He had me feeling very relaxed in that 20 minutes. Released some tension which relaxed the nerves. So I got a 45 minute massage. Very clean very professional knowledgeable of the body, pressure points muscles, tendons, lymph nodes, spine he knew just how much pressure to administer on each..prices are very fair. 10 minutes $15.00.

If you are looking for earbuds , that are crystal clear when talking on the phone, look no further, run and go get these! $40, I have more than enough earbuds for music, none of them, compares to these, the talk quality is fantastic!

BEST Best Buy experience I have ever had. The guy in the front answered ALL my questions and had three different men help me with three different queries in three different departments! I love visiting this best buy when I'm in town! The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about all of the products. Every time I go they always find a solution to any problems that I have.

I did a walk in at the Greek squad and it was the first location they didn't try to talk me into making an appointment instead. They also will send you a text when it's your turn to be seen, so you can walk around the store.

I am a total tech. member. I highly recommend being a total tech. member. Tim, Kat are unbelievable. I am not the most knowledgeable high-tech person. These guys navigate the technical aspects and explain it to me in Layman's terms. When I cracked my phone screen, Kat and Daz helped walk me through the process of fixing or replacing the phone. The Pensacola Best Buy is the best Best Buy I have been to. I have bought my T.V. surround sound, washer, dryer, mixer, juicer, electric shaver, hot water pot, being a total tech member, the Best Buy service guys brought the T.V. and surround sound to my house. Set it up and showed how to use it. It is also under warranty for 2 years. They did this because I am a total tech member. It's definitely worth the annual cost.

Eddie in the monitor area was amazing super professional took time with me walked me around showed me all the monitors got me the best black Friday deal ever this guy needs a raise before I try to hire him! Great job Eddie!!! Got a gaming monitor for $135 out the door.
