I have a dreaded birthday coming up in a few days that has a 5 in front of it. Went to GNC in West Boca this morning to load up on vitamins and anything else that keeps me optimized mentally and physically. The staff was extremely helpful in explaining the different supplements along with all their benefits. They were very kind, professional and knowledgeable about the various men's vitamin options thank you GNC West Boca.

I lost my receipt and had purchased a product from another GNC Store. David went above and beyond helping me out by calling Customer Service for me and finding a way to get the receipt transaction # and finally help me out.

Best part of it was that he was willing to help and had a smile on it even though it took some time.

David, Alejandro and team (can’t remember everyone’s names) are always extremely helpful. Been coming in for over a year and I tell them what I want to accomplish and they set me up with exactly what I need and have it ready for me each time I come in now. I usually spend several hundred each time I visit and could go anywhere with cheaper options out there but I mainly come back regularly because of these guys. Customer service goes a long way.

Walked in and immediately got help and even got a small lesson on health information for stuff about working out. Super helpful and really patient considering any ignorance you have with health supplements.

Great Store and Excellent Staff. I went in to get some information regarding purchasing something that will help me lose weight and the Staff Member 'Luciano' directed me towards the item that meets my needs as well as explaining how to use the product. Very grateful he was knowledgable about the products and, was extremely friendly. Great job and I will definitely return as long as the product I purchased works. I Highly Recommend going here for your Health Needs.

The clerk listened to what I wanted to accomplish then was very helpful in explaining my options and picking out the product he recommended. All stores should have staff as knowledgeable and helpful.

Staff very knowledgeable they even offer samples of various products. If not I store they will order for you.
