AT&T Store

I booked an appointment and as soon as we walked into the store, a staff member said someone will be with you shortly. Then Dominic took care of us with a great attitude and outstanding customer service. She helped us and make sure our new devices were working properly.

I went to this store last night to exchange my old iphone for a new 15 model. We had a great experience with Abbas, who was very kind and knowledgeable. After we got back home everything that he explained to me happened smoothly but for the fact that the cell data (actual number) had not been transferred. After several attempts to try and set it up myself, we called customer service but the only thing he could do was to reset the cellular data on my old phone. After responding negatively to a text survey due to still not being able to use my new phone, the manager (Anthony) called me immediately and promptly offered to do it himself in the store. I went back and he did it in less than 5 minutes. I attribute this mishap to some kind of miscommunication and the fact that I'm not tech savvy. I would go back to this store and recommend it.

My husband and I had quick and professional service with Ryan O. We were dreading coming in because it’s usually an hours long complicated process, but he made it streamlined and easy. He was patient and knowledgeable. Everything we needed was done in 15 minutes.

I tried changing my service online and ran into some problems. I decided to go to the store and see if they could help me switch service and get a new phone. They were busy so I had to wait maybe 3 or 4 minutes and Kishawn was the sales rep that came to help me. We figured out what happened and got everything taken care of in less than 30 minutes. New phone, great deal, and great service. Kishawn answered all my questions and had me on my way with exactly what I came for. Thanks!

Let me start off by saying I have NEVER had a good experience at a phone store. Alejandro did what I planned to be a 2 hour process, in 30 minutes! He was friendly and was able to communicate in Spanish. DO NOT go to the one on Palmetto, this place is worth your time!!

I have been with AT&Tfor over 15 years, and I have been very pleased with the service.
Recently, I visited AT&T in Glades. The representative (Nelson E) went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue and answered all the questions. The waiting time was less than 5 minutes. The representative was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. My issue was resolved. I highly recommend AT&T.

If you are looking for the best experience at any phone carrier establishment, please visit Kishawn at this AT&T location. I had a pretty awful experience with the AT&T phone representatives and the AT&T reps at the town center mall location prior to seeing him today, but he totally changed my day around. His ability to solve my problem, provide information on my different options, and give me the best deal just shows how much he genuinely cares about his customers and how amazing he is at his job. I will forever visit him and refer people to him. I can't thank him enough for making this experience so much easier despite the complications of my request. His positivity and energy truly makes this world a better place!

Daniel the manager was a huge help to me today. In spite of me coming in on a busy Saturday, he took the time to help set up my new phone and transfer all the data between phones. He also offered to apply the glass screen protector so it would be perfect. It’s such a treat to receive such excellent customer service. Highly recommend Daniel & this location.

I have to say for all my years coming to this store Ali has been THE a best customer service provider we have experienced. He has done today what other representatives in the past told me was impossible. Calm, respectful and went above and beyond to help us set up a new phone from a very old phone like it was no problem at all. We are extremely pleased with our experience today with Ali. AT&T IS VERY LUCKY TO HAVE HIM. We cannot thank your enough for such an awesome and positive experience!!

Evan the manager was fantastic! I came in to the West Boca store to buy new chargers for an uncle. He was so helpful that I changed from Verizon to AT&T and bought 3 new iPhones in the process. He should be commended for his great customer service - a true asset to your company!
