Dave was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with my father in law. The experience was a positive one overall. The new iPad system had some technical difficulties but he straightened it out in a reasonable amount of time.

Needed a new inexpensive mattress so I stopped in to check out what was on sale. The sales rep was incredibly helpful and very nice the store looked very new and extremely clean. We appreciated very much the help and positive advice we received from the store (Dave) this morning. After doing some research on the Internet, we had a reasonable idea of the type of bed we targeted. However there were many questions we needed to have answered before making a purchase., and we intended checking out a few of the large local stores in order to select a bed that would deal with my wife's aches and pains. Our present bed was several years old.
The store manager wasn't at all 'pushy' and just gave us all the information we needed, and helped us by guiding us in checking out the comfort levels of all the beds we chose to try out.
We found the perfect bed, and decided to look no further as this store had the product we needed, and in the end we were delighted with our choice.
