AT&T Store

My friend had her phone stolen and decided to join my phone plan. We were unaware of the hoops we would have to jump through to get her switched over to AT&T from Spectrum without the stolen phone. Racquel was very knowledgeable and able to help us and walk us through the entire process getting us everything we needed from spectrum in order to make the switch. This is one of the many reasons I love AT&T.

I just wanted to personally say thank you to Abby, for taking the time to explain the step by step process on exchanging my business phone plans over from Verizon and their terrible service I’ve had to deal with lately. I have 5 lines of business that have been nothing but issues and problems so far with them, after visiting the store, and seeing the phone selection, and options that much better suit our phone needs, I am happy to port over my business to ATT now. I can honestly say I’ve already dreaded going to cell phone stores, kind of like visiting the dentist, but she made it less painful and very knowledgable about the phone feathers and plans. I’ve been an AT&T customer for years and there’s a reason I always go back. Good deals and great customer service. I’ve had to call in a couple of times for help with updating my account and the girl Racquel was super nice and educational.

Everything was fine. Was in again a few days ago. Michael, agent who helped me, really knew his stuff. For that alone, I am VERY appreciative of him and his positive attitude. Thank you, Michael.

Miss Abby is amazing from AT&T she saved customer service from opening another account which I did not need and then ruining my credit I would recommend her services to anyone thank you Abby

Went to get a new phone the other day and this guy who worked there was the nicest person I’ve ever met. I’m normally an android user but recently switched to IPhone and he even offered to help me set up my device. He was super helpful and nice. Top 10 best experience

Came to this store with my wife to switch services and Bryce and Abby did great, very educated. We was out in 20 min he explained everything little by little to make sure we was educated how the billing works and did great saving us money and explaining how to! Definitely would recommend switching services and going to this store to do so

Bryce Hannum is an OUTSTANDING SALES REP. I love the energy he brings to the table. He is always direct and very professional. Give several options and knows his stuff. I recently got an IPhone 14 Pro Max with his help! Was in and out no troubles !!!!

I have been an AT&T customer for years and I love coming into this store whenever I need help with my devices! The employees are incredibly helpful. Most recently, Tyrone helped me figure out issues with my iPhone and answered any questions I have about my upcoming upgrade and contract. I am very pleased with the service I was given!
