Giant Eagle Supermarket

Lori is the best part about coming to Giant Eagle. She’s always in a wonderful mood and is extremely nice and welcoming every time!

Great store. Always has everything I need, plus more. Their wine selection is excellent, and the staff is very helpful and kind.

Place I frequent often for groceries. Love when they have sales happening. My daughter lost a blue butterfly necklace, and one of the staff helped me look for it when they didn't have to. I was extremely grateful. Sadly, though, we never found it

Stopped in to pick up necessities. We were on our bicycles. Bike rack would be nice. Store is clean and well stocked.
We love grocery stores in town where they belong. Keep up the good work ‼

People has always been really nice

Very considerate and kind staff who is very helpful. Great selection of food, and fresh food from the deli. Butcher on staff, great deals on meat, which is something big these days. Massive selection of wine, beer and liquor. Good produce. They have many many things very recommended. Bakery is in demand and makes awesome bread. Deli is top notch. Butchers are pretty good, atm. Great selection of prepared foods, and the weekly meal deals are varied and worth it.

I came in an shopped on Mothers Day, I don’t like going grocery shopping, so I try to shop big, with a house of kids to feed. With tons of grocery's Tami was my cashier. She was so kind and funny, she made this overwhelming trip so much better for me. When I went out to my car, I was greeted by an employee named Daniel. Daniel asked if he could help me load all the groceries in my car. He was kind, and genuine, hardworking and humble. These two employees were amazing, I wouldn't hate shopping if everyone had employees like Daniel and Tami. I will be back to do my shopping!

I hadn't visited this store in a couple months, was shocked and disappointed when I got to the deli, it was 2:30 or so and all the deli lights were out, a clerk was mopping, I asked if the lights were burned out. She said no & pointed to a handmade small sign on top of the deli saying it is closed after 2:30. When I asked why she said lack of help. I went on over to the Bakery and what another disappointment. There weren't any baked goods out on the floor stands! Again, no help. I don't understand why people don't work..... it's 😢 sad.

Was almost empty..very well stocked in everything needed. and since I'm Handicap I have to use a buggy..they were ready and fully charged...and at check out the lady was very nice and kind and put my groceries in my cart so I didn't have to very patient while I was getting out my cards to pay.. nice to have a store be so helpful I really do like them a lot.

I had two employees working close by that asked me if I needed help. The first one was informative and went above and beyond looking for a product from me. Unfortunately they were out and that's when the second employee recommended a similar product. She took me over to where it was and it wasn't there, five minutes later she came running up to me with the product. Neither one gave up and I liked the replacement more than the original. It was nice to see that level of customer service.

I just got my cake today from this location, Meredith, the woman who decorated my son's birthday cake did AMAZING... I ordered a full sheet and she called to explain that the design I picked on the website doesn't fit that large of a cake. I told her I trusted her judgement and go to town on it. She went above and beyond!!! That woman needs a raise 👌🏼 THANK YOU MEREDITH FOR MAKING MY SONS 3RD BIRTHDAY EXTRA SPECIAL!! I will definitely be going to her for all my future cakes 🙌🏼

Nice clean store is well-stacked. Personnel are generally friendly and helpful. Prices seem reasonable for this area. I enjoy shopping here. Check out is usually quick even in the employee manned lines. I get some great fresh produce here.

love giant eagle...i feel gd about their deli area & like the choices they hve to offer..! ~also love the discount u get get w ur card..it adds up....& then b able to use it for gas...i really like tht...!

I'm probably biased since I live so close and it's such a convenient place for me to get food. I get their ready to go meals all the time. They have a nice variety to pick from and it's always decently priced and tastes pretty good. On top of that they have a full liquor license and plenty of other great food choices. Can't go wrong shopping here. I even bought a headset for my computer for $15 bucks and it works very good for that price.

The overall store is always very neat and clean and disinfected when I'm there. Always stocked, never hard to find what U go there for. If for some reason U can't find something, somebody is always happy to help U out. U just can't beat there Meat Department. I'm always on a tight budget so I only shop there for my Groceries. They keep me under budget....

I wanted to share that the cashier I had today Megan, Went so much far and beyond a high level of customer service that I wanted to publicly thank her and in turn giant Eagle for helping me navigate my way through the app and through the coupon experience and through the store in general. I had my oldest son who is severely autistic With me at the time and I'm sure she may have sensed that I was losing patience quickly. Thank you again to Megan and to giant Eagle for helping us.
